I have been defending the show since its inception and even still this season, but this episode really made me question that position I had been holding.
The narration from Sheila was not entertaining or funny or purposeful and the episode just seemed to drag and drag. We need a much bigger story in the final year than the lead female character battling the demon of a fitness rival, a rival who she has barely seen in person for the majority of the season.
There wasn't much to this episode and this is the kind of half hour you could skip and not miss a beat, a rarity in the streaming age of television.
