This finally felt like the Physical we are used to and was probably the best of the season. Sheila interacting with her rival in real life (or was that all a dream too?) made for compelling TV and then of course featured a very bizarre moment that may lead to her downfall and total collapse. And we got the binge eating once again. If there is one thing the show does well it is that they never seem to let anyone kick their worst habits, something many of us are far too familiar with.
Let's see where the show goes from here, but this was a promising development at the midway point of the last season.
