Emily Balch is not letting the haters get the best of her, and she proved just that when a social media user made a nasty comment about her body.
The Married at First Sight star instantly clapped back and put the body shamer on blast.
Several people also took to the comments to chastise the bully and applaud Emily for her funny response.
Meanwhile, the self-proclaimed foodie has been enjoying all the great eateries in her home city of Denver and sharing recommendations with her followers.
Her social media platform has grown rapidly since her appearance on the show and she now has over 14,000 Instagram followers.
Emily was the first Season 17 wife to go public with her page, which was surprising given the harsh backlash she received from Mafs critics.

After a shocking revelation at the reunion, the duo and their pink pact have been getting heat online from frustrated Mafs viewers.
After siding with the wives and bashing the husbands for most of the season, viewers realized they were bamboozled by the cast from the very beginning.

Lifetime officially dropped the trailer for Married at First Sight Season 18. This leaves many fans curious about when the new season is going to officially premiere. So, what do we know so far about the next installment of this long-running franchise?
Married At First Sight: Season 17 In Denver Was The Worst Yet
The upcoming Married at First Sight season, featuring a return to the city of Chicago, will be following up the worst season in the franchise so far. Hands down, viewers and cast members agree that Season 17 is the worst season that the network has produced.
The Married at First Sight franchise is no stranger to doing things like casting people who eventually become the season’s villain. There’s typically at least one of those with every new season. However, the Denver season was a dumpster fire all around.

Cast members from Married At First Sight Season 17 have been revealing a lot about what happened behind the scenes. There is no doubt the latest season of the Lifetime reality TV show was the most disappointing one yet. None of the couples stayed together and everything seemed very staged. Now, one Mafs star has admitted to being recruited for the show. Keep reading to see who it was and what else they revealed about the production.
Mafs Season 17 Was A Huge Disappointment
Season 17 of Married At First Sight was crazy. Many of the couples split up before Decision Day and, if they made it that far, they decided not to stay together anyway.
The one couple who chose to stay married, Austin and Becca, wound up separating less than 24 hours later. Becca confronted Austin about meeting up with one of the members of the production team on Mafs at the bar.

Married at First Sight has bid goodbye to Denver. The Lifetime reality show has put the messy season 17 in its rearview mirror and is looking ahead to a new batch of couples who will say “I do” in Chicago. Meanwhile, the Denver cast is moving on, with many of them likely happy to be out of the glare of the spotlight.
During the Mafs Season 17 “Where Are They Now?” special, the Denver cast shared some updates about where things stood with them after the show. Several had started new relationships since their divorces, while others were focused on healing. Since the season officially ended, some have also gone public on social media and shared additional updates about their lives post-show.

Married at First Sight fans have been saying for the last few seasons that the once beloved show is losing its shine. According to fan-favorite Woody Randall, he has a spinoff idea that could revitalize the franchise. So what is it?
Married At First Sight Has Been Getting Worse With Each Season
Married at First Sight was a game-changer when it first premiered in 2014. The idea of legally marrying a stranger at the altar and completely putting your faith in matchmaking experts was truly revolutionary a decade ago. All these years later, many viewers agree that the show has become a parody of itself.
Married at First Sight fans agree that things changed once Lifetime started pumping out more seasons, as well as more couples per season. It used to be that you would average one new season per year. There also used to be three couples instead of five.

Emily Balch has some things to get off her chest after her castmates Brennan Shoykhet and Cameron Frazer appeared on Married at First Sight Afterparty.
Emily was admittedly “disgusted” after her ex shared his side of what happened during their short-lived marriage.
The 29-year-old was also angry with Cameron whom she called a mass manipulator when he appeared on the show, the week prior.
Cameron dropped a shocker on the program, revealing that Emily had cheated on Brennan during the eight-week experiment.
She has since responded to those claims and noted that kissing a random Australian dude in a bar is nothing compared to what her husband has done.
Meanwhile, Brennan finally decided to join the Afterparty to speak for himself, but Emily took issues with that.
She noted that her ex had no interest in being on the show until now because he wants to do “damage control.”

She noted that people have been sending Clare “nasty messages” online and even calling her job to try and get her fired.

There’s another Married at First Sight baby on the way, and this time it’s thanks to Austin Hurd and Jessica Studer.
The cute couple just shared the news online about expecting baby number two.
Jessica revealed that she’s 20 weeks pregnant, and she also noted that their baby will make his or her debut in the summer.
The Season 10 alums are already parents to their two-year-old son, Westin and now he’s about to become a big brother.
Not surprisingly, the congratulatory messages are already rolling in from Mafs fans and fellow alums who are happy to see the couple expand their family.
It was a perfect match from the beginning when the experts paired Jessica and Austin, and we watched their relationship flourish throughout the eight-week experiment.
Jessica and Austin are the only couple from Season 10 that are still happily married, and now their family of three is growing.

Married at First Sight couple Austin Hurd and Jessica Studer are expecting their second baby, as they prepare to expand their family once again. What else do we know so far about the baby on the way?
Married At First Sight: Austin Hurd And Jessica Studer Were Matched In Season 10
Married at First Sight experts matched Austin Hurd and Jessica Studer in Season 10 in Washington, DC. Of all the pairs matched that season, Austin and Jessica had the smoothest ride from start to finish. In fact, they are the only couple from their season that is still together, so, that certainly says something.
Jessica Studer and Austin Hurd are both nerdy and quirky, something that they instantly bonded over. As veteran Married at First Sight fans know, an initial spark/attraction isn’t enough to make a marriage work for the long haul. However, these two found a way to...

Married at First Sight was another one of Chris Coelen’s hit reality shows. But when the series recruited its first batch of contestants, they all had very mixed emotions regarding the show’s twist.
How contestants reacted to the ‘Marriage at First Sight’ twist Chris Coelen | Brian Vander Brug/Getty Images
Contestants may know what’s in store now when they end up on Married at First Sight. The first season took place almost a decade ago, where audiences saw complete strangers marrying each other as soon as they met. The series would follow these newlyweds and see which marriages would last, and which wouldn’t.
But at the show’s inception, Coelen made a point to hide its true premise from its contestants.
“We pretty much told them everything except for the fact that they would meet their husband or wife at the altar and see them for the very first time there,...

Becca Haley promptly ended her marriage to Austin Reed hours after they opted to stay married on Decision Day, and her reason for the split surprised Married at First Sight viewers.

The 31-year-old dropped the shocker when they met up with the group after Decision Day, and Becca confronted Austin about hanging out with the producer the night prior.
At first, Austin denied the claims, but after Clare Kerr confirmed that she saw him during the night out, he finally admitted it.
That’s when Becca decided to end their already rocky marriage for good.
Since then, Austin has been getting heat from viewers, but have there been any repercussions for the producer in question?

Kirsten Grimes is a social butterfly, and she recently invited several of her former costars for an epic night out.
The Married at First Sight Season 16 cast reunited over the weekend to check out the newest hot spot in Nashville.
Kirsten shared lots of snaps from their fun night out, which included, Domynique Kloss and her ex Mack Gilbert, Airris Williams, and Clint Webb — who had a mystery woman by his side — plus the only surviving couple from the season, Nicole and Chris Thielk.
Gina Micheletti, Jasmine Secrest, and Kirsten’s ex-husband Shaquille Dillon were missing from the fun.
The Nashville cast didn’t exactly have a successful season since all but one couple stayed together on Decision Day.
However, while they didn’t leave the eight-week experiment with the long-time partners they had hoped for they at least gained some valuable friends from their time on the show.

It’s officially Pisces season and Beth Bice is celebrating her March birthday in style.
The Married at First Sight star jetted off to Mexico with her friends, and she’s getting lots of love on social media.
We spotted a beloved face in the mix, former Mafs expert Dr. Viviana Coles, who took to Instagram with a special greeting for the birthday girl.
Intimacy expert, relationship, and sex therapist, Dr. Viviana joined the popular franchise in Season 8 and played a role in matching Beth with her now estranged husband, Jamie Thompson.
Beth and Jamie tied the knot in Season 9, and they were married for five years until their separation in April of 2023.
A few months later, Jamie filed for divorce, and sadly it’s been a contentious split for the exes as they seek to make things official.
As for Dr. Viviana, she left the show after Season 14 – spending seven years on the franchise.

Ashley Petta just spilled some details about the Married at First Sight casting process, and some viewers are shocked.
She revealed that most men didn’t organically sign up to be on the show but were recruited by casting agents.
This isn’t exactly a big secret, as Monsters and Critics has interviewed a few alums who’ve already admitted they were recruited for the show.
Season 12 cast member Jacob Harder is one example of that, so check out our exclusive interview for some piping-hot tea.
In the meantime, Ashley is backing up those claims as she recently got honest with her social media followers.
She confessed that even her husband, Anthony D’Amico, was recruited. However, it worked out in their favor, as the Season 5 alums are still happily married today with two kids.

Deadline is told that Couple Next Door commissioner Caroline Hollick and Married at First Sight’s Karl Warner are likely to leave under the cost savings plan.
Their departure has not been finalized and Channel 4 remains in discussion with both commissioners under its 45-day consultation period.
Hollick’s TV drama department is set to be brought together with Film4 under one commissioning lead. Film 4 is run by newly-promoted Ollie Madden, who is expected to take the lead role.
E4, which Warner has overseen since 2018, is also restructuring, with commissions for the youth channel now going through relevant genres and digital commissioning reporting straight to content boss Ian Katz.
Both Hollick and Warner joined Channel 4 in the summer of 2018, soon after Katz was appointed.

Married at First Sight has kept fans in suspense about Emily Balch’s condition after she suffered a scary accident in the last episode.
However, a family friend recently revealed that it was a severe injury that required more than one surgery.
The woman came to Emily’s defense after someone on social media claimed that the blood from her head injury appeared to be a hot pink color instead of red.
Several people jumped on the bandwagon and tried to claim that the blood appeared fake, but Emily’s injuries were nothing to joke about.
Mafs Season 16 alum Nicole Thielk saw the conversation on Instagram and chided the naysayers for making accusations that the accident was staged for TV.
She noted that viewers will understand the gravity of Emily’s accident once the new episode airs.

Episode 17 of Married at First Sight is fast approaching, and it will be a memorable one — not just for viewers but for the cast as well.
The pairs will leave for their couples retreat at a fancy mansion in Foxfield, Colorado, setting the stage for an unforgettable getaway.
However, by the end of the trip, one couple had a major setback, and another had a medical emergency that cast a dark shadow over the trip.
Meanwhile, the Season 17 matches have already been whittled down to three couples since Orion and Lauren bit the dust before it could even settle.
Things took a downward spiral during their honeymoon, and when they returned home, Orion packed his bags and scampered off.
Clare also called it quits with her husband, Cameron, citing a lack of chemistry as the main reason she couldn’t make the marriage work.

Kirsten Grimes has been celebrating for the past few days, and it all led up to an epic birthday bash in her hometown of Nashville, Tennesee.
The soiree kicked off over the weekend, and the Married at First Sight Season 16 star had several of her costars on the guest list.
Like many others before her, Kirsten didn’t get the perfect match she was promised when she signed up for the show.
However, she gained some solid friendships from the eight-week experiment.
Kirsten was matched with Shaquille, and things started slow between the couple but seemed to be building each week.
However, they had major hiccups as the self-proclaimed daddy’s girl made unrealistic demands from her new husband that caused him to pull back.
Kirsten took a lot of heat from viewers for being too high-maintenance, and ultimately her requirements proved too much for Shaquille.

Jamie Otis has come a long way since their trailer park days, but that doesn’t mean she’s been able to put the past behind her.
While she’s living a beautiful life today with a stunning home, a doting husband, and two lovely kids, her life was far from perfect growing up.
Admittedly, Jamie was once embarrassed about their poor upbringing, and she recently reflected on that on social media.
When we first met Jamie in 2014, during the first season of Married at First Sight, she was honest about her upbringing.
Not only did she tell her new husband, Doug Henher, about her past, but she also took him to the trailer park where she once lived with her siblings and her mom-who was hooked on drugs.
It was an emotional moment for Jamie, who, by that time, had already left that life behind and was working as a registered nurse.

Married at First Sight viewers aren’t getting a complete picture of Brennan’s personality, his wife Emily says.
In the Jan. 17 episode of the Lifetime reality series, the Denver couple sat down for a tense talk about their marriage with relationship expert Dr. Pia Holec. Brennan was noticeably defensive during the conversation, complaining that he felt “blindsided” by what he felt was Emily’s refusal to let go of the past. But according to Emily, talking candidly with her husband about anything is difficult due to his unpredictable off-camera behavior.

Actress Keshia Knight Pulliam says The Cosby Show should still be held in high regard.
