A good plot, a hero is vindicated, and a sort of surprise ending makes this one of the better episodes of the season. And having CGIS Special Agent Borin assisting the team on the investigation is always a refreshing plus. It would be a great move if the producers were able to get Diane Neal/Agent Borin as a regular member of the cast instead of as a some times guest star. However, having Neal/Borin as a some times guest star is better than not having her at all. Gotta give the producers/writers an extra star or two for that alone.

denied due process, JAG would free them
lovettstough11 March 2018
Gibbs & director Vance denied the survivors of the helicopter crew their rights starting with due process because even when they wanted to separate them in reality they would have to wait until JAG assigned separate counsel to each of them. This is an episode where I wish the show JAG were still around & they did a crossover because JAG, HARM & company would have chewed up Gibbs & Vance & company & spit them out. JAG would have freed the the crew even if they were in the wrong simply because Gibbs & Vance & company denied them their rights just beginning with due process. I am a U.S. MARINE so I know a lot about this.
