Sex & Nudity

  • Some sexual references especially from the guest star Lady Gaga.
  • At one point Lady Gaga kisses Marge to give her "more energy", and quickly changes a scene where Marge and Homer presumably had sex.

  • At the end of the episode Moe gets hit by a train, but he is seen alive in later episodes.

Profanity

  • "Bitchin'" and "Little Bastards" are used by Lady Gaga. Damn and Hell are used infrequently, as in most Simpsons episodes.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Severe. Despite the episode doesn't have or have little frightening and intense, this is considered the most controversial episode by many fans and critics and it's not recommended due to Lisa's voice and having too much focus on Lady Gaga.
  • Nothing remotely intense or frightening happens in this episode.
  • Although this episode has been considered by many Simpsons fans to be "the Most Worst Episode so far" in the entire series. So in many case this episode is not a recommended one.
