- TriviaAt the beginning of the episode, Addison's colleagues welcome her back from her trip to Seattle. This trip refers to the previous set of Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice episodes (both of which aired on March 31, 2011), in which Addison is called up to Seattle Grace to deliver and try to save Callie's baby, both of whose lives are threatened due to a severe accident. Upon being welcomed back to the Practice, Addison's colleagues ask how the trip went. Addison's reply of "It ended on a high note" is a nod to the very special Music Event of Grey's Anatomy, this episode containing several songs performed by the GA cast.
- GoofsIn the scene starting at 10:10, when Violet and Pete are in Violet's office talking about the suit brought against Violet by Katie, Violet's hair changes. In the shots of Pete that are taken from behind Violet's shoulder, Violet has a ringlet of hair in front of her ear. In the shots of Violet from Pete's perspective (except when Violet first goes behind her desk), Violet's hair is back in a low pony-tail with no hair falling forward.
