If you know what Reefer Madness is (the movies made back in the day to discourage the youth from taking drugs), you will understand. Now the comparison may not be the best - but still good enough for people to understand what they are being served here.
There are many cringe worthy scenes here - you can't look at this with a straight face. Censorship does not really work most of the times and that is quite clear from the beginning of the movie. Anyone who wants to watch or get their hands on something ... they'll be able to. Now the documentary at hand tries to play both sides on this ... it does not quite work, but at least they try.
When the parent quite late in the game describe how they experienced a violent movie ... it is almost laughable. But if you do these sort of movies (public service announcement style), this is what you will be getting most of the time. A real oddity - I hope someone does english subtitles for this, so more can "enjoy" it ...
