- The entire movie has a creepy tone to it. There are a few scenes that stand out. If you scare easily this film will frighten you. It will scare little kids also.

Sex & Nudity
- There is little sex and nudity in this film but there is some. Drawings of male and female reproductive organs are shown. A drawing of a seventeen year old girl nude, spread out, and bound is shown. A drawing of a seventeen year old girl's vagina is shown also. All of these scenes are brief but shown clearly.
Violence & Gore
- A woman gets a nose bleed but very little blood is shown. A woman has her for head blown open, blood trickles down her face covering her glasses. Woman is show lying on the floor with a pool of blood around her feet. A man uses tweezers to remove something out of his eye. No gore is shown at all but you can hear him moaning in pain. A man forcefully inserts his thumbs into a woman's eyes. Nothing is shown but gruesome noises are heard and the woman moans in pain. A man has a knife brutally shoved up through his chin into his mouth. A considerable amount of blood is shown. A man is stabbed through his mouth and blood squirts out and is spat out. The blood is sprayed and there is a lot of it. A man has his head slammed into a rock and he is killed. No blood is shown but the impact is.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- As the main character is escaping the commune, she crawls through an enclosed space with an unconscious and deformed limbless man on the floor. He suddenly wakes up and begins to inch after her, making very disturbing noises. It's a brief but terrifying scene.
