Larry has a problem urinating. Because of a new medication, he produces an unusual and forceful amounts of liquids whenever he goes. This is noted by Jerry Seinfeld, who shares an office with Larry; he can hear his friend's powerful sound even when sitting at his desk!

There is also a problem in the office. The new secretary, Maureen, comes to work in an improper attire; she shows her bare midriff, something that Larry doesn't appreciate. Because of the sensitivity of the issue, Jerry leaves it up to his associate to deal with the problem. Larry's approach in telling her to dress in a more conservative way, is met with amazement by the young woman, who feels proud of having lost a lot of weight and feels OK to show her mid section. In trying to point out to his objections, Larry indicates Maureen shows extra fat in that area.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus is appalled when she learns about Maureen's being fired. She insists Larry goes and apologize to the girl; Larry reluctantly accepts. At Maureen's house, Larry meets her mother, Madeleine. The older woman is shocked in the resemblance she finds between Larry and her late husband. In flashback, we get to see the tragedy which Madeleine suffered on her honeymoon trip as her man was killed because a traffic incident produced by a road rage incident. Because Larry has to use the bathroom, he asks Madeleine where it is. While urinating, Larry experiences another brutal outpouring. A drop falls on a picture of Jesus next to the toilet that looks as though a tear was shed by the painted holy figure.

Seinfeld and Larry have a lunch appointment with Richard Lewis. They arrive earlier than Richard and begin eating. When their friend arrive, they both refuse to go to the middle of the circular booth so that the newly arrived Lewis can sit. Later Richard calls Larry on the cell phone. He has bought a bat used by Joe DiMaggio. The call gets interrupted, but Larry doesn't call back.

Maureen comes in the office all excited. She found the 'tear-stained' picture of Jesus when she went to the bathroom and with her mother, they believe it's a miracle. She has come to quit. With Madeleine, they are going to open up the house so everyone can experience the miracle. Maureen needs to borrow some money, and Larry feels he must sign to guarantee the loan because he feels guilty about the whole thing.

When Larry stops for take-out pizza, he grabs a few extra napkins from the dispenser. The owner, who notices, tells him to put them back. He has already two pieces in the bag. Larry ends up taking the napkins and walking out. To his surprise, he is stopped down the road by a police car. The extra napkins are found and he is taken to the station, where the pizza owner fails to identify him. Madeleine comes to pick him up in her vintage car. Larry is grateful. Richard Lewis passes by, and Larry makes him stop. Richard parks and goes to the trunk where he takes the bat. Madeleine, who was traumatized by the incident she suffered in her honeymoon runs Richard down.

The end of the episode finds Larry locked out of the office. Maureen and Madeleine have come to get some things left in the building. Larry has to go to the bathroom as he is in need to urinate. He relieves himself in a noisy manner. Madeleine realizes it must have been a drop of Larry's urine that caused the 'miracle' and runs up to the roof to commit suicide. Larry and Maureen pull her from the ledge, but Larry does something and begins to fall. He has no choice but to hold on to Maureen's belly folds to save himself!

Another great episode of this amazing show which was directed by Larry Charles. Larry's points in this chapter have to do with the way people take unusual amounts of things they will not use. Also he has something to say about cell phone etiquette. Jillian Bell makes a wonderful Maureen. Marianne Muellerleile appears as Madeleine. Larry David is seen in the flashback scene as Madeleine's late husband.
