  Jason Pillar : [after Logan doesn't respond]  sir, this could "easily" get out of hand: you may need to ask President Taylor to "intervene"

  Charles Logan : Are you suggesting that I tell her the "truth?" If she finds out what the Russians have done, she'll be furious I kept her out of it. She might... back out of our deal

  Jason Pillar : Sir, you really need to stop Bauer now. I really don't see any other way. You have to talk to the President

  Charles Logan : Bauer torpedoed my presidency, tried to ruin me. Almost did. There's no way I'm going to let that happen again
