- A man kisses a teenage girl, then he tries to open the shirt of the girl, but the girl leaves.
- A girl gets up from her bed, her white night gown is seen to be stained by period blood near her buttock area.
- In a dream sequence, a girl is watching a man and a woman have sex. They are kissing passionately and they are seen nude. The girl's breast is seem briefly for a moment and she cries out in pain during the sex (it is her first time)
Violence & Gore

- A girl gets an extremely bloody nosebleed. While cleaning herself up, she has flashbacks to finding her father's bloody dead body (we see a bloody arm and a razor showing he killed himself). In a later scene, she had a flashback to the moment where she finds her father dead. We see his corpse and a lot of blood.
- A girl is seen dead on the ground in a pool of blood having fallen out of her window
- The mangled body of one of the teachers is seen. It is not very bloody and the camera does not focus on it for very long.
- In the scene after the girl describes her period, we see her in pain and a large stain of blood on her sheets and her nightgown.
- A girl hallucinates that another girl is slitting her wrists. The slit gushes blood and then gallons of blood rains from the sky.
- A girl strips naked and submerges herself in a bathtub (nothing is shown) and a voice-over describes her killing herself. We see (in black and white) blood start to fill the bathtub.
- A girl is lit on fire and she screams as she is burned to death. We see her body start to get more and more charred.
Profanity

- Language is very infrequent but includes one use of "fuck."
- The rest is mostly sex-related talk/insults: "whore," "virgin," "dyke," etc.

- Teens are shown smoking pot in two scenes. Some of them react badly; one girl collapses on a bed, feeling sick, and another goes crazy and throws a chair out a window.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Younger children will find some of the more violent moments possibly disturbing but overall, they are not that gory or anything.
- Some of the events contain vampire-like elements, but the movie's main theme seems to be about suicide.

- A girl seems to be sucking blood from another girl's neck, both are naked in bed but can't be seen as the hairs and bed-sheets obstruct the view.
- A girl is seen lying in the bathtub naked, submerged in water after slitting her wrists. She covers her breasts with her hands. No nudity.
