This episode was too PG for me
I thought the first episode showed potential. I had said you don't always have to be dark to tell a good story but this episode was playing with kid gloves. The Die Hard spin off just didn't land in a serious manner and was too convenient. The robbers were weak and left their brains at the door. What did it for me was the Kissy face assistance from a child that made it ridiculous to save the day in such a manner. I'm in two minds now, I sometimes wonder if a more realistic and serious show with the odd doses of humour would been better. The next few episodes and direction will decide what kind of show this will be.
