- Blood comes out of the final bosses eyes!
- When some beings become corrupted, their eyes drop grey in an ominous droop. It isn't very violent, only being portrayed in an animated style as the rest is.
Profanity

- Some Monstercat songs outside the game contain some swearing.
- The song "Creatues ov Deception" by Rainbowdragoneyes is an instrumental version because the original contains much swearing.

- The bosses can be intense or scary, especially with the arsenal of weapons and strange broken eyes. They are mainly cool and interesting, though.

- In the beginning when the blue square and the sad cube go into the cave, a white spiky arm puts his head (or hand) into the small white power-triangle and blood comes out of it, staining the arm. The arm grows a face and smiles ominously, then growing into the boss monster.
- A cactus-like creature impales itself in the head, with pink liquid spilling out of it. This pink liquid is implied to be blood for these characters. Nothing severe.
- The boss continuously and violently punches a tiny spike creature, clearly in much pain. The boss then goes on to destroy the entire area.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- One of the bosses, in the track "Lycanthropy" smiles evilly. Very mild, all it's implying is that its corrupted and it really likes the music.
- The final boss smashes you over and over if you try to get through the "It's Over" screen. It will eventually fade a blood red and go away, leaving you to wait in despair and destruction. All the friendly characters come over and cry on your death.
- In the level "Close to Me" the boss cries a lot, turning from surprise to corruption. In the middle it drops on the ground and turns blue, trying to use all its strength to wave at you and go over, when corrupted saws and lasers chase it and turn it back. At the end it cries so much, literally forcing the corruption out and saving it.
