Burn Notice seems to be like it's going to be an interesting television show. The plot is what have seen in previous TV shows or movies but it seems like it's going to be executed in a good fashion and in a way that will make it entertaining to viewers. The pilot itself is a solid, action-packed debut. It's an entertaining episode that some good car chases and some strong acting by Jeffrey Donovan.
This pilot is about a CIA operative named Michael Weston who is on assignment in Nigeria. But after it goes wrong, he ends up being blacklisted and ends up in Miami under the watchful eye of the CIA. With his bank accounts frozen and no assets available, Michael decides he will do anything he can to clear his name.
Overall, this is a solid first episode that is very entertaining. It kind of reminds me of the Bourne franchise but then again it doesn't. It has good, charming acting, a few car chases, and just something that you would want to see again. I rate this episode 9/10.
