The whole amputation scene will really stay with me now the series has finished, it was just so powerful - on the one hand very horrific, but it also was beautifully done and had real emotional punch. The tears were pouring down my face when Miss Galindo helped him sign the will and when she afterwards found out that he'd died. *Loved* Philip Glenister in this, and thought his storyline was much more affecting than the Frank and Sophie thing, which to be honest I didn't really care about too much.
