Jim Parsons is weighing in on the possibility that there could be more of Sheldon Cooper in the future if a sequel to The Big Bang Theory ever materializes.
The actor was recently asked in an interview what it would take for him to reprise the role of Sheldon Cooper.
“Reincarnation,” he said in an interview with E! News. “Next lifetime.”
He continued, “Never say never to anything. Life is long, God-willing, but I don’t think so.”
Parsons portrayed Sheldon in 12 seasons of the CBS sitcom. He recently reprised his role in the Young Sheldon series finale, a prequel to The Big Bang Theory.
“It was very special to do that,” he said. “The feeling today is kind of odd. It’s the second time now because when we ended The Big Bang Theory it felt like this too, a little bit different, but you shoot that final episode...

Young Sheldon came to its definite end around two weeks ago, giving viewers a double finale featuring both versions of the titular character.
While Sheldon Cooper’s younger version was shown saying goodbye to his teen years and stepping into adult life, his more mature self, portrayed by The Big Bang Theory star Jim Parsons, also proved that he’d been in a much better position in life ever since the original show left all the characters back in 2019.
Though it surely was a great satisfaction for The Big Bang Theory’s fans to see adult Sheldon with such a big update, another major character from the original series doesn’t appear to be that happy.
In Young Sheldon’s finale, Jim Parsons’ Sheldon appears alongside his wife Amy Farrah Fowler with whom he still lives happily in the Los Angeles suburbs and has two kids. During the heartwarming scene...

Creating a spinoff of a spinoff has to be a testament to the success of the original series. Although Georgie and Mandy's First Marriage is by far the most distant show from The Big Bang Theory, it still coexists in the same universe, and fans expect the few connections and events mentioned in the show to be maintained.
Those unfamiliar with The Big Bang Theory may be confused by the show's title. While people expected the spinoff to revolve around Georgie and Mandy, the wording of the title makes it seem as if the couple will eventually break up.
What does ‘first marriage’ mean? Are Georgie and Mandy in danger of divorce? Here's what we know about their story.

Some actors are just born to play specific roles and seeing them portray a range of different characters not only looks startling but appalling. Seeing Jim Parsons playing a role other than Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory gives a similar feeling. It isn’t that he has been typecast or put into a box, but seeing how perfectly the actor essayed the role of the genius physicist, it is hard to imagine him as anyone other than Sheldon.

How the Role Became Easier Over Time Iain Armitage has grown immensely throughout his time playing Sheldon Cooper. Reflecting on this journey, he mentions how I think it’s just that as I grew up, I knew Sheldon more and more. So, it only got easier. Portraying such an iconic character for seven years influenced how he fell into a rhythm, making the role almost second nature. The Influence of Jim Parsons Iain often speaks highly of Jim Parsons, the original Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory. He fondly recalls Jim was always just so kind and giving advice. He...

The Big Bang Theory’s no less successful prequel Young Sheldon officially came to its end several days ago, and fans are already eager to know what the franchise’s creators will be up to next.
Though there’s indeed a plan for yet another spinoff show which now will focus on Sheldon Cooper’s brother Georgie and his family, it still doesn’t get as much of a fuss as when it comes to Sheldon’s figure as a whole.
Now that Young Sheldon is surely over, the titular character’s actor is determined to dispel all the doubts about Sheldon’s future on the screen.
Young Sheldon’s finale was pretty much clear about where the adult Sheldon Cooper stands in life after The Big Bang Theory’s ending back in 2019. The prequel set up a sweet reunion of two versions of the character, portrayed by Iain Armitage and Jim Parsons,...

One of the best things about well-done sitcoms is the fact that you never get tired of rewatching them, even if the show is 12 seasons long. For example, we can’t imagine saying “enough” when it comes to The Big Bang Theory, because every time you binge the show you laugh like it’s your first time and cringe as well.
The Big Bang Theory is an ensemble cast show with many main characters. And while we care deeply for them, the huge number of side characters also hold a special place in our hearts.
Some of these characters we hate, but some of them we wish had stuck around a little longer. The case for the second point is Leonard's short-term girlfriend Stephanie.

Though the sitcom genre had its renaissance back in the 2000s, when people were glued to their screens to watch another episode of Friends or The Office, there are still a few shows that rival them.
From the supernatural comedy Ghosts to the recently completed Big Bang Theory prequel Young Sheldon, there are enough shows to keep everyone entertained. However, if you tend to dislike the newer shows and think the humor is mostly lost these days, Netflix has a great surprise for you. Just watch out for the ending of this series.

Seems like it’s a definite wrap for Sheldon Cooper’s life story after Young Sheldon’s finale that aired last week. The prequel that had a 7-season-long run recounting Sheldon’s earlier years in Texas before he moved to California reintroduced Jim Parsons as the beloved character’s adult version, proving that he’s already far from being the same Sheldon fans have always known.
While Young Sheldon’s ending made it quite clear that Sheldon’s TV story is officially over now, fans couldn’t help but notice some big changes in the character’s appearance. As it turns out now, Sheldon owes such an upgrade to The Big Bang Theory’s long-standing fans.

Jim Parsons Would “Never Say Never” To A ‘Big Bang Theory’ Sequel, But He Wouldn’t Want Us To Hold Our Breaths For It Either

Since the ‘Big Bang Theory’ ended, Parsons has continued to keep the spirit of his beloved character alive by voicing him on the prequel series ‘Young Sheldon.’ To round up ‘Young Sheldon,...

The Big Bang Theory’s prequel Young Sheldon is now officially over after seven seasons of exploring Sheldon Cooper’s earlier years in Texas, and fans are probably still not over that sweet reunion that everyone was expecting to see in the finale. The show got Sheldon’s original actor Jim Parsons back to the screen, proving that he’s in a good place in life, finishing his own memoir that the character has been narrating all along.
With all the benefits that the decision to conclude the series in this way eventually brought, Parsons himself initially didn’t see that much of a potential for such an ending, but his change of mind actually righted all the wrongs the show has ever had.
Prior to the release of Young Sheldon’s final episode that aired on May 16, the actor revealed that he’d had second thoughts about reprising his role in the ending scene.

The 4:30 Movie is the sixteenth feature film from director Kevin Smith – and while he was making the movie, he thought he was making something that would get a PG-13 rating from the Motion Picture Association ratings board. But the MPA saw it differently. When they had the chance to watch the movie earlier this year, they felt the sexual references in the dialogue were enough for the movie to earn an R rating for sexual content. Smith appealed the rating (and subscribers to That Kevin Smith Club got some interesting insight into the appeals process), but the ratings board decided to stick with the R. They confirmed today that The 4:30 Movie will remain an R rated film.
Smith has a history of being able to get his films re-rated on appeal. Clerks and Zack and Miri Make a Porno were both given Nc-17 ratings, but were re-rated R on appeal.

Just like people were skeptical about Young Sheldon back in 2017 when the show had just premiered, they are now skeptical about another spinoff to extend the same universe. Georgie and Mandy’s First Marriage has only gotten its official title, but people are ready to dismiss it months before it airs.
The reason for such an intense reaction may seem to be obvious, as people waved goodbye to Young Sheldon less than a week ago and still aren’t over it. However, there is more to fans disappointment than a bittersweet finale of their favorite sitcom.
What Is the New Young Sheldon Spinoff About?

Everyone knows that CBS is America's most watched network, and it's home to many extremely popular long-running shows. The example that we all know for sure is The Big Bang Theory, and of course, how can we live without NCIS, right?
But before they became the most popular shows in the world, there were many other amazingly crafted projects on CBS – the ones that are still considered genre-defining or groundbreaking pieces of television.
Here are 5 old but gold shows you need to watch right now to feel the brilliance of days gone by.
1. Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Missed Tom Selleck's mustache? Well, time to check out the young version of it. In Magnum, P.I., the actor plays Detective Thomas Sullivan, a former Navy lieutenant and Vietnam Special Forces veteran who resigned his commission at the age of thirty-three. The main reason? To move to Hawaii and live the life he never had when he was younger.

Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, the spinoff of the recently concluded Young Sheldon, which was a spinoff of The Big Bang Theory, is an opportunity for producers to tell new stories involving Georgie Cooper (Montana Jordan) and his wife Mandy (Emily Osment), the older brother and sister-in-law of Sheldon Cooper now that his tales have been chronicled. TV Insider caught up with executive producer/head writer Steve Holland, Jordan, and Osment on the Paramount lot at a press event to kick off the new Fall TV season to preview the CBS sitcom, which will appear both familiar and new to viewers. “There wasn’t a grand plan behind it,” Holland tells us about why the characters of Georgie and Mandy were chosen to be spun off from Young Sheldon. He says the idea came about after the producers, including series creator Chuck Lorre, watched the two actors and saw their delightful chemistry.

The show, which has grown to be far more meaningful than expected, has tackled many issues, including the importance of having a reliable support system in your family to face the trials of the outside world. Sheldon's young rival Paige was the perfect foil to underscore this message, but was dumped and never brought back.
What Happened to Paige in Young Sheldon?
Paige started out as a very strong character, a prodigy, just like Sheldon. However, unlike the title character, she is also in touch with her emotional side and knows how to attract people. Her personality multiplied by the strength of her mind painted a bright future for her, but as the show progressed,...

Last month surely wasn’t the best time for CBS, with the network receiving backlash after canceling several successful shows at once. The list of unfortunate series that were unfairly scrapped included one of the NCIS franchise’s spinoffs NCIS: Hawai’i, and fans were left bewildered by such a harsh decision as literally nobody, including the cast, had seen it coming.
The show lovers’ own investigations proved that the spinoff wasn’t that unprofitable for CBS as its ratings were pretty much decent, but now it seems like the network’s other show and its raving success may be the most solid reason for the cancellation.
At least TV Insider writer Matt Roush’s article suggests so. According to him, the hit status of Young Sheldon, a prequel for CBS’ famous sitcom The Big Bang Theory which recounts Sheldon Cooper’s earlier years in Texas, may have been the final...

Does Leonard Die in The Big Bang Theory?

The Big Bang Theory is without doubt one of the most iconic ensemble cast series ever created. All the main characters of the nerd-centric comedy are relatable and at the same time quirky as hell. All the storylines explored in the series are either strange and really cringey, or sweet and meaningful. And that’s what makes it brilliant.
The main characters of the series are Howard, Leonard, Sheldon, Raj, and Penny. Later some of the new characters were added to the permanent cast and characters like Amy, Bernadette and Stuart appeared a lot more on the screen.
The most interesting thing though is about Stuart. The actor Kevin Sussman first auditioned for the role of Howard, but ended up being a looner named Stuart whose gig was to be miserable. However, in the episode called The Hofstadter Isotope he successfully hit on Penny and ended up dating her for a moment.

Young Sheldon boss Steve Holland would like to use this opportunity to address the fate of Paige Swanson (and debunk all of your tragic theories about her absence in The Big Bang Theory).
Mckenna Grace’s character, a fellow child prodigy, was introduced early in Season 2 of the prequel series and served as Sheldon’s chief rival at East Texas Tech. Aside from Tam, who crossed over to Big Bang, she was the closest thing that Sheldon had to a friend, and remained an acquaintance for many years, eventually befriending Sheldon’s twin sister Missy.

Young Sheldon, the spin-off prequel series centered around the childhood of The Big Bang Theory character Sheldon Cooper, has recently concluded with 7 successful seasons. It explored the iconic Tbbt character’s past and shed light on several events that were hinted at in the main show.

However, most of the fans were shocked to realize that Dr. Sturgis was not even mentioned in Tbbt’s finale even after playing a key role in shaping Sheldon Cooper’s celebrated career.

What’s really great about the world of television is that it offers you so many different life scenarios that sometimes you forget it’s only fiction. Or on the contrary, the picture we see on screen is so far from reality you find yourself frustrated when a minor inconvenience enters your life.
The same goes even about TV friendships: they are either ideal, where every character is ready to do whatever it takes to make his friend happy, or they are really toxic. One of the brightest examples of such friendships is Euphoria’s Maddy and Cassie. The betrayals they went through destroying each other’s lives, while declaring unconditional love to each other before is just scary…
But there are even worse stories: let’s check out these 5 other couples that have love-hate relationships.
