- TriviaThe producers of Slither (2006) confiscated one of Lloyd Kaufman's videotapes, to protect any spoilers from getting out before the film was released. They were unaware that it was actually his second tape, and that he had already pocketed enough material to make this featurette.

- Alternate versionsThe original edition, as featured on the LOLLILOVE DVD, is titled "SLITHER-ing Through Tinseltown" in the menus and "SLITHER-ing Through Hollywood" on the LOLLILOVE box cover, and runs approximately 12 minutes. It includes footage of Lloyd Kaufman meeting James Gunn and Jenna Fischer at the motel where the SLITHER cast and crew were staying, additional moments of Lloyd in the makeup trailer getting made up, and the van ride the cast takes to set, where Lloyd asks James to compare the budgets of TROMEO & JULIET and SLITHER.

Fun Featurette
The King of Cult Lloyd Kaufman's Video Diary (2006)
*** (out of 4)
SLITHER director James Gunn got his start at Troma so when it came time to make the movie he decided to give Lloyd Kaufman a cameo in the picture playing a drunk. This here, as the title clearly tells you, is the video diary that Kaufman kept during his day on the set. We basically see Kaufman acting goofy as he normally does and we see him interacting with Gunn, Jenna Fischer, Gregg Henry and Nathan Fillion. If you're a fan of Troma then you pretty much know what to expect from Kaufman but there's no doubt that this a mildly entertaining featurette. It's fun seeing Kaufman catching up with Gunn, although the line was eventually cut out of the movie.
