- Lydia's Aunt Zapora and Uncle Danport and Aunt May and Uncle Clyde come for a visit. Lydia and Beetlejuice go to see the latter's parents. His mother is a neat freak and his father is a workaholic.
- Cousin B.J.: Lydia's family get-together is expected to be a colossal bore. Her mother's sister is a major snob and her father's brother is a ventriloquist. Leave it to Beetlejuice to attend the party as "cousin B.J." and spice things up!
Beetlejuice's Parents: As they watch Lydia's video from the first half of the episode, Lydia expresses curiosity about Beetlejuice's family, so he reluctantly takes her to meet his parents. Nat and Bea Juice are intensely clean and very hard-working -- about as different from their filthy, lazy son as possible. Nat tries to get Beetlejuice to work with him at the neck bolt factory, but when things go wrong, Beetlejuice is sent home. A Sandworm attack on the factory, however, brings him back to save his dad and reminds them all of the things they do have in common.
