- Quotes
Phineas Bogg: Bat's breath.
[Jeffrey laughs]
Phineas Bogg: You made me spill my guava whip. What are you laughing about? And what's the big idea Omniing us out of Hawaii? I wasn't read to leave.
Jeffrey Jones: Our vacation was over.
Phineas Bogg: In case you didn't notice, I was having a very intimate conversation with a girl in a grass skirt.
Jeffrey Jones: I noticed.
Phineas Bogg: Yeah, well you also notice how beautiful she was? How sweet? How innocent?
Jeffrey Jones: How married?
Phineas Bogg: Married?
Jeffrey Jones: Married, to the tribal chieftain. She was wife number eighteen.
Phineas Bogg: Eighteen? That doesn't seem fair. A guy with eighteen wives.
Jeffrey Jones: He also had a couple hundred warriors who were giving you the evil eye.
As it turns out Robin Hood according to this episode was quite the real person, but Dan Hamilton is out of action and guess who has to take his place for a bit? None other than Jon-Erik Hexum and the mission is to save Wendy Fulton as Maid Marian from the evil sheriff and Prince John.
A narrow escape brings them to Long Island where it is red because of a number of mundane details that are frustrating the historic flight. Not to mention the doubts and anxieties of Lindbergh and his backers.
None other than Commander Will Riker of the Starship Enterprise plays Lucky Lindy. Seen in reruns Jonathan Frakes surely brings a dimension to his performance that was unanticipated when Voyagers was in its first run. But it's quite welcome.
Missions accomplished and the guys are off.
