Every Heather Locklear fan loves this episode. It was the episode that made our dreams come true.. She wears the sexy sequined outfit that is seen in the opening credits of season 3.
The story has a white slavery ring taking young, pretty women away to other countries. Bonnie, a friend of Hooker and Stacey is kidnapped after she performs a song on stage. Hooker tries to stop the kidnapping, but fails. He recognizes a man named Malik, who got away. Richard Lynch plays Dobbs, the leader of the ring. He has to be the best tv baddie of all time.
Romano tells Hooker the man he shot had connections to the Pleasure Palace, an exotic dance club on the boulevard. Hooker remembered Bonnie telling him about applying for a job there, but she got rejected. Hooker wants to investigate the Pleasure Palace, but the Sergeant won't let him do it. Stacey decides to go undercover on her own. She applies at the Pleasure Palace wearing skin tight red pants and a sequined top. She also has her hair down and she looks gorgeous. Love the tight red pants! Dobbs wants to make her part of the slavery ring.
Stacey gets the job. Hooker decides it's OK. They decide to go undercover to make sure she is safe. Stacey gets ready and shows off the outfit to the guys and she looks incredible! She is wearing a black and white sequined outfit with the top cut out a little around the bust and belly button. She also has on high heels and stockings. She looks sexy! Most of the time she has her hair up and is wearing a cop uniform. It's a really nice see her sexy body. She does a nice dance routine on stage for a few minutes. The first shot is a gratuitous shot of her butt wiggling back and forth. She also jiggles her other goods back and forth for all to look at.
The next day Dobbs checks out Stacey and her application. She gets by OK. Hooker is able to catch Malik and he gives him a clue to help him catch Dobbs. That night Stacey does another routine on stage, wearing the same outfit plus a leather skirt and leather jacket. She quickly removes them and does another nice routine. She then takes a drink to Dobbs so she can gets his prints on a glass. They then set up a fake fight so she can give Corrigan the glass. They match his prints to other prints from other crimes he did with Malik.
Dobbs grabs Stacey and heads for the airport. Hooker and the others go to the Pleasure Palace to find out where Dobbs is going. They find out he is headed for the airport. Hooker arrives in time to drive his police car in front of the plane and stop him. He chases him into an old bus yard and shoots him down in self defense. Stacey is fine and they are able to find out where Bonnie is and they save her.
Such a good episode because we get to see the beautiful Heather Locklear in skimpy clothes. Also the director made sure to plenty shots of Heather's butt when she wore that outfit. I thank the writer Joe Viola who wrote some 70's sleaze movies. He knows how to show off good looking women and their bodies. Also I give a major nod to Richard Lynch, who plays the slime ball villain very well. A 10 out of 10 for the best episode of the series. Thankfully Shout Factory released the entire series and everyone can enjoy this great episode.
