When Gibbs is showing the initial interrogation video of Ernie Yost to Faith, you can see Tony standing next to the screen when in fact you can see in a later scene he was with Yost the previous night and hadn't reached the office yet.
An exhumed corpse of a marine, presumably murdered in Iwo Jima, is shown with his dog-tags wedged between his teeth. Gibbs explains how this is supposed to be a common military practice. However, according to the US Military Mortuary Affairs department this is strictly a battlefield rumor and "no official record of American soldiers being issued with these instructions exists".
Ernie Yost claims to have buried his wife recently in Balls Bluff National Cemetery, Balls Bluff Cemetery is a civil war Cemetery and only has soldiers who died in the battle of Balls Bluff, located 2 miles north of Leesburg Virginia.
When Lt. Coleman and the MPs arrive to arrest Corporal Yost, DiNozzo pulls back his tie to display the Medal of Honor hanging from his chest. All three stand at attention but only the MPs salute, Coleman does not. By tradition the Medal of Honor is saluted by all personnel unless the military person is without cover (that is bare-headed), as Coleman is.
When McGee tells about Bellows, he says Bellows was at Vegas and had two aces, then doubled down and pulled two queens. When you double down, you only get one more card. McGee should have said Bellows split the aces.
