In the very first opening scene, the camera zooming into the top floors of an office block establishes that the scene is set in an office near the top of the high rise building, yet the views inside the office clearly show trees outside the windows.
When Michael is in the semi trailer talking to Bonnie, the roof is off from K.I.T.T.. But in the next shot, when backing out and driving off the targa roof has been put back on.
In the opening scene K.I.T.T. is shown with the extra headlights in his bumper, turned on. In the next cut we see Michael, then another outside shot of KITT, but now the lower headlights are turned off.
When K.I.T.T. jumps the runway's fence in pursuit of the escaping airplane, a dislodged piece of the wooden launching-ramp can be seen falling off the bottom of the car.
When at the airport when K.I.T.T jumps the fence you can see through the car above rear drivers side tire..the car is not real.
After Stephanie gets shot and K.I.T.T. rushes in for assistance, screeching tires on a dirt road as if on tarmac.
When K.I.T.T. drives itself to rescue Stephanie from being shot at on the mountainside, a hand can be seen opening K.I.T.T.'s car door from the inside as the car screeches to a stop, even though no one is supposed to be in the car.
As stated in the "goof-entry" above, a hand can be seen throwing open the passenger's-side door, but also, the silhouette of a person can then be seen through the car's rear window, slipping down out of sight in the back seat.
