When Armand kidnaps Flannery Roe towards the end of the episode, the car is pursued by a driverless KITT. It is clearly raining but views of the pursuing car and then of the empty road behind them are taken on a dry in sunshine.
Ms. Barstow plays a video game called 'Space Cadet' with K.I.T.T. The game shown is an Intellivision game known as 'Space Battle'.
The Intellivision game that Ms. Barstow plays with K.I.T.T. requires an Intellivision controller and not just a single button joystick like the one that Ms. Barstow is using.
At the end of the movie, the "Pac-Man" portable video game plays the sounds of lasers; Pac-Man never had lasers or shooting, just goofy music and weird sounds to correspond to the characters' actions.
When K.I.T.T. is alongside Armand's vehicle and ordering him to pull over, the hooded stunt driver can clearly be seen behind the driver's seat.
During the tight shot where Flannery is planting the bug on Julian's phone the number can be seen (555-2368) which happens to be the very same phone number on Jim Rockford's phone at the beginning of every episode of The Rockford Files.
When Michael is driving during the thunderstorm, the back window is wet and KITT's windshield is completely dry even though Michael has the wipers on.
When KITT is airborne at about 39 minutes in a cable can be seen hanging near the right front wheel and in another shot someone or something is hanging out of the driver side window. When KITT is landed a drivers silhouette is visible.
During the jump sequence, a camera can be seen attached to KITT's rear quarter.
After he crashes his S.U.V., Armand evidently forgets (how convenient for the good guys!) to carry his gun with him when he goes to investigate K.I.T.T. Even though he was astonished at there being nobody driving K.I.T.T., an experienced crook like Armand would never neglect to bring his gun with him on any "risky" venture like approaching and checking out an empty car that apparently drives itself, and at any rate, he would never have left his weapon in the vehicle where his unrestrained captive (Flannery Roe) could have retrieved it and used it against him.
