During the heist at around 42:40 when Michael climbs onto K.I.T.T's bonnet, Linda gets into the drivers seat and is seen to be amazed at it driving itself, then it cuts to Michael getting onto the back of the lorry, only for us to see Linda *again* climbing into the driver's seat..
At the very beginning of this story, the shot of the police car is pre-existing stock footage, and is seen to have a rotating central roof light with spotlights on either corner. As the officers get out to see what has just jumped over them, the car is suddenly a different model and has strobe bar lights on the roof instead.
When the episode shows the guest stars at the beginning, the colonel's name is identified as "Kincaid." When Devon shows Michael some information on him in the FLAG semi, his name is spelled "Kincade."
When Linda attaches the cracking device to the back of the truck, the dial is clearly black, but in the long shot a moment later it's red, and then black again for close up shots.
When Michael pushes up the roller door to board the truck, he's initially using two hands, but in the next shot just one hand.
When KITT stops at the road block and the police officer talks to him, the audience can clearly see KITT's mock-up driver seat with the window that allows the hidden driver (behind the seat) to see where he is going.
When Michael emerges from behind the bushes in KITT to chase the convoy, a circular steering wheel is visible, rather than KITT's custom steering yoke.
When Michael pushes AUTO on KITT's dash in order to rob the convoy, the NORM light doesn't dim like it normally does to indicate Normal Cruise has been disabled.
The close up shots of KITT's dashboard, showing him driving automatically, are clearly a standalone model since the upper part of the dashboard and windscreen are not visible.
When Michael jumps from the convoy onto KITT's hood, there's a brief shot of the front of KITT clearly revealing a circular steering wheel, rather than KITT's customized steering yoke.
When Michael boards the convoy and starts throwing the bags of gold onto the road, the entire camera crew is reflected on KITT's door.
When Michael is down to the last bag of gold in the back of the convoy, he signals for KITT to come close so he can disembark. As KITT approaches, a white stage light is reflected on the front of KITT.
