  Bonnie Barstow : Kitt, I hope you're not picking up his warped sense of humor.

  Michael Knight : Good point, Kitt. Our game plan is simple yet complex. We lay low, we blend in with the other racers on and off the course. We observe, deduce and analyse.

  K.I.T.T. : In other words were winging it, as usual.

  Michael Knight : [laughs]  You got it.

• Michael Knight : What do you think Devon?

  Devon Miles : It goes against the grain to see a man rewarded for insubordination.

• Michael Knight : Hi, Bonnie. I hear Devon got us into a race.

  Bonnie Barstow : [ever lost in her job]  I've augmented Kitt's tracking system with a special infrared tracking scope.

  Michael Knight : Terrific! Oh, listen, when you've finished up work tonight, how about you and I go out for a little dinner?

  Bonnie Barstow : I'd love to, Michael, but I'm spending the night with Kitt.

  Michael Knight : Oh, well, you two have a real good time.

• Bonnie Barstow : [shows concern for the first time]  Be careful, Michael.

  Michael Knight : [surprised]  Thank you, Bonnie.

• K.I.T.T. : [Michael has rescued Liberty from certain death but has neglected to untie her]  Michael, she would like you to take the gag off.

  Michael Knight : Oh.

  [laughs] 

  Michael Knight : I don't think so. You know, this is the first conversation I've ever had with you where I get a word in edgewise?

• Liberty Cox : [re the two merry Southern brothers]  Would you believe their car is supposed to run on moonshine?

  Michael Knight : No kidding? Looks like they're halfway through their fuel supply.
