*This may contain a couple spoilers, but NOTHING major or anything like that.* Don't get me wrong, I loved this episode, and it's really sad that Arnold doesn't have his parents to be with, it really is, but, one thing in the episode overall that I actually do have to complain about, is a certain line.
Like, there was one of the activities at the Parents Day event at school, The Relay Race, Where the child was on top of the parent running to the line. When Miriam and Helga ran into Big Bob, falling to the floor, Bob was like "It's best parent day, not 'screw' everything up day, Miriam." That line ticks me off. Why is that? Well, in my opinion at least, I take the word 'screw' (depending on how you use it) as slightly inappropriate. IT's like a cleaner way of using the 'f' word. So it's no different on a kids show.
I mean, if these writers actually used 'mess', or a word similar to it (OTHER THAN SCREW), that would be better. So, that's my opinion on the word overall. I seriously hope I am not the only one who takes 'screwed up' as slightly inappropriate. This ain't the only episode where Big Bob uses the word. He also used it in The Beeper Queen, Big Bob's Crisis. Those are the 2 I can think of right off the bat. But, other than that, I liked the episode overall.
