- TriviaThe aircraft shown landing was a Convair 640-340D Turb-prop, manufactured in 1953.
- GoofsThis episode has a plethora of aircraft errors. The airplane is supposed to be flying to Geneva from a fictional "Asian" country. It would be flying the wrong way to be flying near Hawaii. The aircraft itself is a twin engined Convair turboprop, but is also shown as a piston driven model. Neither aircraft would have the range to fly over about 1,000 miles. The Captain fakes a problem with the "air brakes" by flipping a switch on the radio and then the aircraft is shown with an engine feathered. Finally, the airplane is supposed to be the personal aircraft of an Asian dictator, but has an American registration number.
- Quotes
Professor Akbar Savang: Well, Jhakal's theft has been exposed, and the money is safe. We accomplished what we set out to do... as you did. No apologies, Mr. McGarrett. No regrets.
Luang Koryo: Thank you for your help.
Det. Steve McGarrett: Don't thank me. You're both under arrest. Book 'em.

Typical Five-O Confusion
In the episode, it is stated that Jakall is a dictator of an Asian nation. They didn't even make up a fake country name, just referring to it as "Jakall's Country." The actor playing the dictator is Greek, doing what sounds like a Spanish-speaking English accent, not an Asian one and looks Hispanic despite being Greek. The names of the dictator's countrymen, sound a bit like Malaysian or Indonesian but clearly they aren't. Otherwise the plot is good but the ridiculous casting is why I gave it a five.
