Roz has a twenty-something cousin who is judgmental, arrogant, and just plain mean. She turns just about everyone off. Kenny, who is perpetually sad and worried is sort of victimized by her. Meanwhile, she is running Roz ragged (alliteration). Not terrible creative but an OK episode.

Zooey Deschanel a great guest star... I don't know if the role was written for her, but certainly didn't let the writers down.... Tom McGowan great, as always... He's been a nice addition to the show, in a role that could be easily overlooked.

Warning: Spoilers
Zooey Deschanel guests here, and the normally likeable star is lumbered with playing a character who spends her time snarking at everything and everyone in sight.
They do tone it down a bit towards the end, but it's so relentless at the start it's very off-putting. It certainly doesn't make for an overly cheery episode.
The 'B' plot involving Niles and Daphne isn't very good, and I don't like that Frasier was part of the 'B' plot at all.
They also try to flesh out the character of Kenny. Kenny. Why?! The show has bigger problems at this point than trying to make a previously supporting character more three dimensional.
Other than the opener I am yet to see a decent episode in the tenth series.

Zoey Deschanel Can't Act Here!

Zoey Deschanel guest stars and gives an embarrassingly wooden performance! It's so bad. It comes off as if it's the first time she's ever acted and he no training. No emotion. Not convincing. It's painful to watch, for the audience and probably for her too!
Frasier unfortunately plays more of a supporting character in this episode, which always brings the quality and amount of laughs down, since Kelsey is the most talented actor on the show.
Rod is also extra annoying in this episode. Why couldn't she ever speak with a Wisconsin accent? That's what acting is all about! All you hear is a person form Texas when she speaks! It's very obvious.
Kelsey Grammar should have given these people acting lessons!
