Baretta a rotten cop?
I breath. This one of the last episode of the show is not another social worker cop scheme, is the line of EAST SIDE WEST SIDE...Because in the previous episodes of the season, Baretta looked more like Georges C Scott in EAST SIDE...than a real cop. Period. So, here, back to business. Real business, I mean. No bullshit anymore. Baretta is here accused of bribery. Yes, he is accused of being a rogue cop. He has to deal with Internal Affairs...I just realize now that this interesting scheme had never been told about before in the show. Yes, I am so relieved, because, I repeat, the previous episodes were so awful with all those social worker cases, helping kids, drunks, homeless people, family in distress...I was sick of it. Sick, sick, sick. So, seeing this solid episode is so refreshing...Even a little predictable. One more episode to comment after this one. But I still miss some from the series. Sorry. Back to this one, it is excellent, with a very unexpected ending. A story that leaves you a copper taste in the mouth. I love that.
