The camera, hidden inside the front of a basket, is moving with the bicycle in a straight line forward, past Emma and Steed. However, when the film is shown later, the camera pans toward them.
When Emma Peel escapes from the 'Indian' attack, she finally figures out that the gun is a prop, and tosses it away. The next time we see her, she is carrying the gun again, which she holds as she pushes the lamppost over onto the electrified fence. The next cut, she is no longer carrying the gun.
An unknown person sabotages Mrs. Peel's car by cutting one of the battery wires. When Mrs. Peel tries to start the car, the starter motor is heard. The starter motor of a car runs on the battery, so the starter motor should not have worked at all.
The director appears to be banging on the grand piano, but inside, none of the hammers are moving.
As Z.Z. approaches the pair after they gloat by hovering over Mrs. Peel & as he says "fine my lovely fine" you can see the clearly see the boom microphone for about a second and-a-half at the top of the frame.
At 44:30 when Emma is tied on the table, the director crosses to her and you can see the boom mike. In the context of this episode this would be okay except that the boom is moving.
After being gassed, when she regains consciousness, Emma Peel's surprise and confusion at the taste of the drink, and at finding all the camera equipment behind the door in her apartment set makes no sense, as the equipment was all visible from the couch, which she sat on after regaining consciousness. She would have seen all the equipment, as the wall opposite the couch was missing, which we see from the overhead shot as she leaves the set.
After Emma Peel pushes the lamppost over onto the electrified fence, she would have been smart enough to figure out that the fence was now shorted out and could be climbed safely.
