- Unconscious man lays on a table bare chested.

- A man kills another man and then revives him with a serum. He repeats this process with many other types of deaths (e.g., strangling, stabbed, impaled, bleeding out, gunshot wound, hit by snowmobile etc). We see one surgery being performed where where man has large area exposed over his spine. Blood is present frequently.
- A man is kept somewhat alive by having his body surrounded with snow and ice. His face is visible, and it is very bloody and gory.
- Overall, this film is gory and deserves its R rating.
