What if a single song, an unmistakable melody, an unforgettable sound – could
take you back in time, literally? Harriet (Lucy Boynton) finds music imitating life when she
discovers beloved songs shared with her former boyfriend can take her back to the scene
of the moment, giving her a second chance to twist fate. While she relives the past
through romantic memories, her time traveling collides with a burgeoning new love
interest in the present (Justin H. Min). As she takes her journey through the hypnotic
connection between music and memory, she wonders – even if she could change the
past, should she?

Four is the magic number for Renee Zellweger. She won her fourth Golden Globe on Sunday, Best Drama Actress for “Judy,” pushing her up to fourth place on the all-time film winners list.
Zellweger has now tied Tom Hanks and Shirley MacLaine with a quartet of film statuettes. The Oscar champ previously garnered Best Comedy/Musical Actress for “Nurse Betty” (2000) and “Chicago” (2002) and Best Supporting Actress for “Cold Mountain” (2003). A seven-time nominee, she’s had two nominations since then, for “Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason” (2004) and “Miss Potter” (2006).
The win also makes Zellweger one of three women who’ve won all three actress film prizes, joining Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts.
Only three people have more film wins: Streep holds the record with seven, followed by Jack Nicholson with six and Rosalind Russell, who converted all five of her Globe bids into victories.

Best Actress Oscar favorite Renee Zellweger is also out in front in our Golden Globes predictions for Best Drama Actress. With 10/3 odds, the “Judy” star looks solid to add a fourth Golden Globe to her trophy case, which would put her tied in fourth place on the all-time film winners list.
Zellweger, whose first three Globes were in Best Comedy/Musical Actress for “Nurse Betty” (2000) and “Chicago” (2002) and Best Supporting Actress for “Cold Mountain,” would join Tom Hanks and Shirley MacLaine as four-time champs on the film side. Just three people have more wins: Meryl Streep holds the record with seven, followed by Jack Nicholson with six and Rosalind Russell, who converted all five of her Globe bids into wins.
The fourth win in film is quite a difficult barrier to crack at the Globes, considering that Zellweger is one of a whopping 18 people who’ve won three. Other three-time champs include Jack Lemmon,...

While we can't get enough of Rami Malek and Lucy Boynton together, we need to talk about how awesome and flawless Lucy is, period. The 25-year-old actress - who plays Mary Austin, Freddie Mercury's once-romantic partner and closest friend until he died, in the Queen-endorsed film Bohemian Rhapsody - has been blowing us away this award season with her flawless style and beauty, and we're on tenterhooks just waiting to see what she'll wear next.
Lucy's been steadily growing in her fame over the past decade, going from roles that were more exclusively British to her huge part in Bohemian Rhapsody and her upcoming part in a very highly anticipated Netflix series. There's more to Lucy, though, beyond just being really fashionably matchy-matchy with Rami and an incredible actress who's dedicated to her work (she even worked with Queen guitarist Brian May to get her portrayal of Mary right...

This attempt to turn Beatrix Potter’s creation into a sassy, low-grade British Bugs – voiced by Corden – is cynical and tiresome
Prepare to enter a valley both uncanny and unfunny with this tiresome film, whose director and co-writer, Will Gluck, appears to have responded to an urgent question echoing inside his own head: “When, oh when will someone take the twee merchandisable ickiness of Beatrix Potter’s great creation Peter Rabbit and turn it into a sassy live-action animation like Babe or Alvin and the Chipmunks?”
Those with long memories and strong stomachs will remember Renée Zellweger playing Beatrix in Miss Potter, and how her creations appeared to wrinkle up their little rabbity noses at her from the drawing paper. Gluck (known for the comedies Friends With Benefits and Annie) has excised the olden-days National Trust tea-towel cutesiness and reinvented Peter Rabbit (voiced by James Corden) as a PG-certificate lite-badass comic,...

I've got a trailer here for a new horror thriller starring Katee Sackhoff (Oculus, Riddick, Battlestar Galactica) called Don't Knock Twice. This looks like it could be a fun and creepy horror movie as it deals with a vengeful demonic shape-shifting witch who is out for blood. Here's the synopsis:
“Knock once to wake her from her bed, twice to raise her from the dead…” So goes a disturbing urban legend involving an abandoned house supposedly inhabited by a vengeful, child-stealing witch. When troubled teen Chloe (Lucy Boynton) raps at the door one night, she has no idea the horror she’s about to unleash. Fleeing to the country home of her estranged mother (Katee Sackhoff)—a recovering addict who’s turned her life around to become a famous artist—Chloe must learn to trust the woman who gave her up years ago in order to stop the bloodthirsty, shape-shifting demon stalking them.

Jodhi May and Lucy Boynton will also feature in the project, which is based on the true-life story of author Helga Schneider.

After being distanced for some 60 years, Schneider returned to face her mother in 2000, finding that she remained unrepentent about her Nazi past.

"That'll do, pig. That'll do."
It's been 20 years since the world fell in love with the sheep-herding pig at the center of the film "Babe," which opened August 4, 1995. The movie was hailed as a kids' movie that delighted viewers of all ages -- it was the rare children's film nominated for a Best Picture Oscar -- as well as an advance in effects magic that launched a wave of live-action, talking-animal flicks.
It's hard to imagine that the G-rated classic came from George Miller, the same filmmaker behind the ultra-violent, hard-r "Mad Max" franchise. That's one of many things you may not know about "Babe," here are 19 more:
1. In 1986, producer/co-screenwriter Miller became interested in the story during a long plane flight from Sydney to London, where the woman seated next to him was laughing uproariously at Dick King-Smith's book, "The Sheep-Pig." Upon landing, he found the book in...

Pirates of the Caribbean 5 is making more headway on the casting front. Recent reports were showing five women in the running for a co-starring role in the next installment of the franchise, titled Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, but today it looks like they've made big steps forward with regards to narrowing that playing field, and are apparently in talks with Kaya Scodelario. The Maze Runner actress Kaya Scodelario, who was of the five women already rumored for a coveted position alongside Johnny Depp's Captain Jack Sparrow, has now, according to Deadline, entered the "early talks" stage with the studio. Prior to today, she was on a list with four others, including French actress Jenna Thiam (The Returned), Lucy Boynton (Miss Potter), Game of Thrones actress Alexandra Dowling, and Gabriella Wilde (Endless Love, the 2013 remake of Carrie). According to a new report from Comicbookmovie.com and their sources, Orlando Bloom, who starred in the first three "Pirates of The Caribbean" movies, is claiming that this 5th installment, may just be a total reboot all together, and that he's currently in talks to come back to the franchise. Orlando told the press: "I’m not entirely sure that I'll be back just yet, but there are talks. Basically, they want to reboot the whole franchise, I think, and do something with me and the relationship with my son. I’m of course Davey Jones now, so I’m down the bottom of the ocean. It might be kind of fun to do something where I’m rumbling round the bottom of the ocean, because I won’t look anything like me." Additionally, it's also reported that five young actresses are currently auditioning to play the love interest for Thwaites' character.

The fifth Pirates of the Carribbean film in Disney’s cash-cow franchise could be a reboot. The news comes from an interview IGN did with Orlando Bloom. Earlier this year the actor revealed that he has been in talks with the studio to reprise his role as Will Turner. There’s no official word on if that’s actually the case or not, but when asked about Pirates of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales he said:
“I’m not entirely sure that [I'll be back] just yet, but there are talks. Basically they want to reboot the whole franchise, I think, and do something with me and the relationship with my son… I’m of course Davey Jones now, so I’m down the bottom of the ocean. Disney is almost done casting the fifth installment of Pirates of the Caribbean. The studio is looking to cast the female lead and they've narrowed their search down to five actress including Kaya Scodelaria (Skins, The Maze Runner) and Gabriella Wilde (Endless Love, Carrie).
Also on the list are Lucy Boynton (Miss Potter, Ballet Shoes), Alexandra Dowling (Hammer of the Gods, “The Musketeers”), and Jenna Thiam (Vie sauvage, “The Returned”). The details of this role are being kept under wraps, but sources suggest that the actress who is cast will play the love interest of Brenton Thwaites, who will play a British soldier. (Especially because Disney is running chemistry tests between said actresses and Thwaites this week.)
Johnny Depp will reprise his role as Jack Sparrow, and Javier Bardem is onboard to play the villain. Although unconfirmed, there are also rumors that Orlando Bloom will return as William Turner.

Disney is reportedly looking to test a handful of girls over the next week for the last major role in its next instalment of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” franchise.
The part will essentially be the female lead of the action-adventure, and the love interest for the British soldier to be played by young Australian hunk Brenton Thwaites.
The list includes the likes of Lucy Boynton ("Miss Potter"), Kaya Scodelario ("The Maze Runner"), Gabriella Wilde ("Endless Love"), Alexandra Dowling ("The Musketeers") and Jenna Thiam ("The Returned"). There are others as well, but those names haven't been revealed.
The studio will do chemistry tests with Thwaites and the girls to see who best fits the role, and details about the part remain decidedly vague. Astrid Berges-Frisbey played the equivalent in the last film, a captive mermaid who falls for a missionary (Sam Claflin).
