MTV One editor speculates that Stephenie Meyer might not want to have the story spun in a new direction for a graphic novel or comic. At a recent TwilightLive event MTVs resident Twilight authority Larry Carroll was asked by a fan if there would be graphic novels based on the vampire love story anytime soon. nbspGiven the fact that weve seen comics and graphic novels based on everything from Barack Obama to The Ghost Whisperer its not only a valid question but one that seems like the next obvious step in Twilight mania. After all a marriage of Stephenie Meyers wildly popular series and comic books arguably one of the hottest storytelling mediums going today seems like match made in vampire heaven right? Naturally one would assume that comic book publishers would be lining up for the chance to give Twilight the fourcolor treatment but surprisingly when asked directly if

As always, you may direct your own spoilery needs to mega_scoop@tvguide.com. Is Ziva's father going to make a return on NCIS this season? — Morgan
Matt: My moles at the CBS hit may be tight-lipped about the Ziva-Tony romance (a very popular topic in the Buzz box), but on this matter they did let slip some intel: Eli David, played by Michael "What a Feeling" Nouri, will be seen again, and possibly before the end of this season.
The gay character on 90210 has to be the guy who starred in the musical with Annie. He's tall, handsome, well-dressed and —mannered, and he loves musical theater ... hello! — Jason

Idw Publishing has licensed their Ghost Whisperer comic book for repurposing on mobile phone to iVerse Media. Ghost Whisperer: The Haunted #1 is now available at the iTunes App Store.
The high profile title is based on the hit CBS series featuring Jennifer Love Hewitt as Melinda Gordon, the medium who helps ghosts cross over. The five-issue miniseries is written by series writers Carrie Smith and Becca Smith, with art by Elena Casagrande.
The story in the comic fits in between Seasons 2 and 3 of the show, and follows Melinda as she spends her days and nights helping earthbound spirits cross over into the Light. In the comic series, however, Melinda gets more than she bargained for when she comes face-to-face with Osiris, Egyptian God of the Dead, who wants the souls for himself.
The comic follows the same format as the show, with a ghost that needs to cross over in each issue.

All I want to know is the bottom line when it comes to Ghost Whisperer's Jim dying. Will he ever be brought back to life (his life), or is his only involvement going to be in the body of Sam? — Kathy
Matt: It's simple, really: Jim is now going by "Sam," but Sam is mostly Jim. "Since it's Jim's soul [inside Sam's body], we will always be seeing David [Conrad] at Melinda's side," exec producer P.K. Simonds tells me, dismissing rumors that Conrad is leaving the show. Much of the story to come involves Sam (who to everyone else looks like Jericho's Kenneth Mitchell) realizing that he has this new life inside of him. Jim is dead; long live Jim. Yes, Jim (David Conrad), the understanding and adoring husband of Melinda (Jennifer Love Hewitt), died of his injuries a couple of weeks back on Ghost Whisperer. But, pulling a page from Heaven Can Wait, Jim will remain very much a part of Melinda’s life and Conrad will stick around on Ghost Whisperer. How, you ask? Well, Jim is now safely nestled inside the body of Sam (Kenneth Mitchell), and even though the characters within the Ghost Whisperer universe – except Melinda – will see Sam, it’s Jim through and through. It was the gasp heard ‘round the world. Ghost Whisperer fans everywhere gasped and bawled when Melinda’s (Jennifer Love Hewitt) beloved husband Jim (David Conrad) died in “Imaginary Friends and Enemies,” the Nov. 7 episode of the hit CBS series. And now she must help amnesiac Jim/Sam recover his memories… and fall in love with her all over again. So, did Ghost Whisperer jump the shark? Did it hit the ball out of the park? Maybe something in between? Fans are burning up the Internet debating the issue as Ghost Whisperer readies its Nov. 21 episode, “Heart and Soul.” And the show’s executive producers, Kim Moses and Ian Sandler, recently took to the phone to discuss the new arc and the ensuing controversy.

How Friday's fare faired:
8 pm/Et
Ghost Whisperer saw 11.67 million total viewers (up six percent week-to-week) tune in for the big twist regarding Melinda's husband, Jim. That's good for yet another new season's best. (The big question, of course, is how many return next Friday.) Trailing 5th Grader (5.45 mil) and Deal or No Deal (5.25 mil), Supernanny delivered 4.5 mil, on par with the usual Wife Swap. The CW's Chris and The Game did what they usually do - 1.83 mil and 1.7 mil, respectively.
9 pm
The Price Is Right's salute to the troops ("I bid $1.49 million on that cruise missile!") brought in 7.3 million viewers, a far cry from what the NCIS repeats have been doing in the time slot. Debuting to 4.86 mil, Super-Manny built on his distaff counterpart's numbers. Behind Lyrics (5.1 mil), NBC's Crusoe matched last week's 4.17 mil.
10 pm
With a weaker lead-in, Numbers tumbled 17 percent, to 9.26 mil. A Barbara Walters special did
