-
- Major characters Carmelita and Neyla wear outfits that expose their midriffs and/or are low cut.
- Sly shares a very much bigger love interest in Carmelita than in the first game. No sex or nudity after all. Just a few kisses.

- The first major level is set in a wine cellar.
- In one cutscene, Dimitri can be seen holding a cocktail drink in his hand.
- In a flashback, the Contessa and her husband can both be seen drinking wine at their wedding. The husband's wine is also poisoned (indicated on-screen by olive green bubbles coming out of his glass), as he is explicitly mentioned to have "suspiciously" died a few weeks after the ceremony.
- Dimitri is seen smoking cigarette.
- Drinking beer is mentioned once.
- Spices are seen as the G-rated drug.

- Some bosses are frightening (such as Contessa and Clock-la)
- In second and third stage there are snakes which jump out the grass. (You don't see them until they pop-up).

Frightening & Intense Scenes
