Cody loses a swimmer on his way to the movies. Everybody wigs out.
Pilfered sapphires? Nope. Defused cruise missiles? Not a chance. Excessively ebullient topless clowns? Failed to appear.

Captain buchannon exercised poor judgement as incident commander by letting the press push their way into the controlled area and overhear conversations between him and his people that should have been kept private ... he lost focus of the mission and it got out of hand ... if anyone should be reprimanded it should have been buchannon
