I am fairly certain that the high number of votes and frequent inclusion in lists that Jon Moritsugu's "Braindead" has here on IMDb is mostly due to the fact that many people mistook it for the feature film with the very same name. In any case, this one-minute film here does not really offer anything watchworthy. It's an experimental movie that features the numbers from countdowns before movies, occasionally upside down and the director probably thought he has to get in as much as possible, so it's constant change at the screen and the second you perceive one thing, there are already three new things to watch. We see people at a beach, we hear the famous song "I Love Rock'n Roll" and that is basically it. Very forgettable effort. Not recommended. I see that Moritsugu is still shooting films today, almost 30 years after this was made and I really hope he managed to improve since then, although his profile picture lets me have doubts about that. In any case, "Braindead" is not worth a watch at all.
