Sex & Nudity

- Snapshots of a woman's semi naked dead body can be seen, parts of her breasts are visible. The scene lasts for a second.
- A man showers naked. His bare butt is seen for almost a minute. A woman joins him; the side of her breast is barely visible for only a second.
- Nude pictures are shown briefly on the walls of a room but they are not the focus of the scene.
- One of the agents tries to profile people in a bar, with one guy commenting on a man, stating that he's probably looking for a "blonde with great big..." but stops when he sees another man arrive and kiss the first man.
- Full male nudity shown in shower but the female isn't really shown nude only partial side boob.
- Only real male nudity which is full nudity in the shower and when a woman joins him her nudity isn't shown.
- A man creeps up on a woman and they kiss passionately, sex is implied, no graphic nudity shown.
Violence & Gore

- After thinking he's seen or heard figures moving about him, a man drags himself onto an elevator and wants the doors to close. He then readies his gun, but it's been booby trapped and blows shrapnel backwards at him (we see blood splatter onto the wall, and then later see the bloody body with big holes in his face and arm, and more blood on the wall).
- A man and another profiler fight. People are smacked in the face. One was hit in the stomach by a fire extinguisher. The other man swings the fire extinguisher and grabs a knife attempting to stab the other man and both of them fall on the stairwell. The man gets up and a lady smashes a fire extinguisher on the man's head.
- A man grabs a woman by the throat, but she kicks him back and holds her gun on him. He then pushes a table into her groin (causing her to drop her gun), and repeatedly slams her head to the table before striking her again.
- A trap causes an explosion in the dock, people fall off in the water. A woman who has a fear of water almost drowns but gets saved by a man. A man suffers from a shoulder injury which his shoulder got burned from the explosion. Thankfully, only one man got injured but the rest survived
- A trap sets a pipe to clog and the lights to crash on the floor causing the water to be electric. A handicap grabs on a thin pipe with a weak grip. He refuses to give the suspect the gun who's on the bed handcuffed. He argues with the handicap and the handicap gives him the gun. The suspect shoots his cuffs and climbs through floor is lava style parkour. He shoots the walls for holes used for clinging and climbing. Before the handicap loses his grip, the suspect shuts down the power and the handicap falls unharmed.
- During a trap, a man who is an engineer tries fixing the pipe to keep it stable but when turning the pipe, a trap sets which causes three metal rods fly out and impale a man, mortally wounding him (including one through his throat and two in his chest -- with some blood around that) and he dies instantly and thrashes to death.
- In a training simulation, a man and a woman discover a large house in the woods at night and enter with their guns drawn. The man then realizes something isn't right, but just then a person enters the room, stabs the woman in the chest with a knife and then holds her as the man fires shots at him as the suspect fires back while holding the woman and her gun.
- A survivor shoots the killer, with some blood coming from the latter's mouth. When that doesn't quite do the trick, the survivor shoots the killer again, this time with a bloody trickle running down their face and then spreading in the water once the body falls in.
- The killer grabs a woman and has his arm around her neck. He then dunks her head under some water, repeatedly trying to drown her. After she goes limp, she then kicks him into the water and then dives in to retrieve a dead agent's gun. Both end up shooting at each other underwater (with the bullets quickly slowing down in the water), with both then holding their breath while holding their guns above the surface to shoot the first person to come up for air.
- The group discovers a radio playing that, when turned up, sets off a literal and figurative domino effect. That results in a canister of ultra-cold gas falls down and sprays on one of the agent's legs, freezing them solid. The man couldn't move because his feet are stuck frozen to the ground but seconds into freezing, parts of frozen flesh from the man's legs begin to tear apart causing the man to grunt and yell in pain. Once the bone detaches, the rest of his body then breaks off from those lower legs and feet that are frozen to the floor, and then his frozen torso also breaks open including his lower body and his legs break apart into many pieces, resulting in his death. He twitches a little but his eyeball freezes. The two wounds (broken legs and torso) have gory, but frozen looking results.
- A group of people are drugged by a cup of coffee. An agent is pulled back in his seat from being slumped over a table, his head suddenly falls off (we see the meaty neck stump, but there's no blood as one agent comments on him having had his blood drained from his body)., a man gets pushed back to a cabinet with plates in shock when the head falls on the man's lap.
- A woman grabs a box of cigarettes and smokes. When a person smokes, acid in the cigarette drips onto their shoe, but then also causes their finger and lips to bleed. We then see growing bloody wounds on their face and finally blood that's soaked through their shirt/chest and the skin melting off (that person dies from such wounds). Her corpse falls into the pool and sinks to the bottom.
- There is a man who's been strung up from the ceiling like a puppet, with various wires and hooks through various parts of his body (face, hands, legs, etc.). He's extremely bloody. Another dead and bloody man (who's not strung up and slashed in the throat). We then see recorded footage of the first man while alive and his face is bloody then (but the footage is black and white). A figure blocks the camera shot but is heard him slitting the first man's throat.

- The deaths in the movie are gory and brutal, it may gross some people out.
- The killer sabotages and plays his victims sadistically and viciously in its form of creativity.
- The first kill is pretty nasty to watch.
- The last 25 minutes are VERY intense and shocking.

- The scene where a crippled man has to hang on a pipe for three minutes and not touch the water is very intense. It is most likely a man will fall in real life and hands will burn in pain.

Violence & Gore
- We see many dead and bloody animals (cats, etc.) hanging from a ceiling (we later learn that they may be fake).
- An agent is riddled with gunfire and falls to the street, bloody and seemingly dead (but we later see him alive thanks to a bulletproof vest).
- A mans severed neck is dissected along with another corpse in a body bag. A fingernail fragment is removed from a finger and people test their blood type.
- From an explosion injury, a man's shoulder gets stitched and he hissed in pain. His wounds are quite brief.
- Numbers painted with blood is seen on glass for clues. The survivors investigate what those numbers mean by searching the room.
- In a simulation, two dead girls are seen in a tub along with some other corpses in a scary house. The girls are mock people and are not real.
- A woman has bloody hands after touching a body from a morgue room and she washes them. The blood is seen rolling down the drain.
- A FBI woman gets bashed on plate grass that cracks from the impact. She is tied up interrogated. She gets slapped in the face by a man.
- A group of people have a standoff believing that one person in this room must be the killer.
- The killer grabs a woman by her jacket at the top of some stairs. She ends up tumbling down them, but is okay and runs off.
- Three survivors make their way through the mock city street, shooting the various targets and mannequins as they pop up or otherwise move.
- A dead suspect is seated in a chair with a smoking shotgun in his hands and a gunshot wound out of the top of his head (but we then learn that it's just a mannequin).
- Some of the agents enter a fake home in the fake training town, and spot all sorts of gross-looking worms crawling on the mannequins, including out of one's mouth.
- Flash images of dead and bloody murder victims are seen (some with a lot of blood). One is a dirty muck with a dead girl's head, a tied up girl, a decapitated head, A scissor on a girl's breasts. (Violent)
- Most of the violence is done in really graphic ways. However, the most gory scenes are used once.
- In the opening title sequence, a woman dreams of her sister who is seen screaming and drowning (disturbing)
- A woman looks at a puppet mannequin with bloody hands attached to a rope to the ceiling. The mannequin has a bloody leg and a bloody forehead with fake blood leaking on her nose.
