According to the box art this was the first digital feature film to come out of Seattle. What were they thinking? Eerily, the film was shot pre WTO and pre 9-11, which makes the apocalyptic subtext of this "Millennium Exploitation Movie" into a rather chillingly accurate "prediction" of, well, doom. Otherwise not worth watching, unless you are a fan of "psychotronic" (so bad it's good) films.
