- A bored wife, who is planning to run away from her minister husband, is taken hostage in a bank robbery. However, she sees the thrill in being involved in the chase and becomes an accomplice to helping the younger robber escape his pursuers. As things progress, she learns he pulled the robbery to get enough money to help his pregnant girlfriend leave a home for unwed mothers. The two have a brief flirtation, but it is clear the housewife just needs something to enliven her life.—John Sacksteder <jsackste@bellsouth.net>
- When the small town's bank gets robbed, the preacher's wife is the last person that one would expect to be the hostage that is taken by the robber in his escape. But all is not well in either of their marriages and it isn't long before a kinship, and perhaps a kind of romance blossoms between the two... until they meet up with the man's very young and very pregnant wife, and this suddenly jerks the minister's wife back to her senses... sort of. But still, their adventures together while on the lam have left both the robber and hostage different for their experience.—BOB STEBBINS <stebinsbob@aol.com>
