Actor Scott Wilson will be honored with the Los Angeles Polish Film Festival's Pola Negri Award on April 22 at the festival's opening night gala at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood.
Fest director Vladek Juskiewicz will present the award, citing Wilson for working with Polish director Krzystof Zanussi on "The Year of the Quiet Sun" and "Our God's Brother."
Both films will then be shown on April 23 at Laemmle Sunset 5.
Tony Bill, Jane Kaczmarek, Irvin Kershner and Albert Wolsky will serve as judges as the festival, which will screen 40 Polish films in competition through April 30.
