- The plane crash results in various unpleasant scenes of gore.
- One man's leg is slit open, a steel rod goes through the stomach of another man.
- Limbs are shown in a state of decay from gangrene.
- The co-pilot's head is shown against the cockpit window, which is smeared with blood.
- There are glimpses of people sawing hunks off dead bodies: both the dismemberment and consumption of dead bodies is lingered over by the camera.

- Most of the characters are seen drinking or smoking. One comments he "cold smoke until my brain dries up"
- The characters drink wine that was among the salvaged items. Some drink their rations out of a bottle cap, others guzzle directly from the bottle.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The crash sequence is very intense and realistic.
- The survivors find some ration. we find out its only wine and chocolate bars. for a few days, they consume little by little. the survivors find out one day that one of their own has consumed more than the expected amount, causing rations to be wasted.
- In one scene, the survivors see a plane up in the sky. they yell anxiously for help but the plane passes by. this is a sad scene.
- Three characters embark on a journey to find help. in one scene, one of them slips and barely holds on to a rock from falling down, he gets back up quickly. the whole journey lasts two or three days or so.
- All the characters suffer emotional trauma after the crash. this happens entirely through the film.
- One of the gravely wounded pilots asks for his gun so he can be put out of his misery. The survivors refuse to help him commit suicide.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- One of the main characters is knocked unconscious during the crash. He then wakes up from his coma, only to be notified of his mother's death. he cries intensely. he then sees his sister falling in and out of her injury. she finally succumbs from her injury after a few days.
- The part where the survivors talked about consuming the dead bodies is very disturbing. we then see all of the dead bodies rounded up. one character approaches a dead body and rips a tiny piece from its buttocks with a piece of glass.
- An avalanche buries virtually everyone. The ones not completely covered frantically dig to reach the others but 8 people die from suffocation.
- During the crash, several people are thrown out of the plane. Days later, three men looking for the tail find their dead bodies.
