This movie features two actresses from the Friday the 13th universe; Amy Steel, and Louise Robey (who starred in Friday the 13th the Series).
Louise Robey's only onscreen nude scene and last role. She was cast in two films in 1992 - The Thirst and The Collector - but both were canceled.
The editor said it originally earned an NC-17 from the MPAA Ratings Board, which shocked everyone. They ended up having to cut 45 seconds of footage before the MPAA finally gave it an R.
After Louise Robey made accusations to Femme Fatales magazine in 1993 that first-time director Terri Treas was unprepared and never once sat her down and told her what she going to be doing, especially during the sex scene, screenwriters and executive producers Michael Zand and Chuck McCollum wrote the magazine with a rebuttal that everything Robey claimed was untrue. They said Treas was very prepared and went over scenes with the actors several times. The real problem was that Robey usually arrived on set most days hungover and couldn't remember her lines, so it was no surprise to them that she didn't recall directions given her by Treas. In fact, the editor was forced to cobble together the few coherent takes from Robey in order to put scenes together. Zand and McCollum added that Robey was a big detriment to the production. They also pointed out that while Treas went on to direct several other projects, Robey was never cast in another role.
Directorial debut of Terri Treas.
