  • Two men are seen from behind in the shower, cleaning up after a fire. Both rear ends are clearly visible, as well as one of the men's pubic hair.
  • A man lies with a woman in bed with one of her legs wraped around him and they passionately kiss. They continue to caress for several more seconds. Sex is implied.
  • A man and a woman are seen kissing passionately on top of a fire truck. They cut to a different scene then they cut back to them and the man is naked and the woman has no pants on, only her shirt. She is on top of the man and is seen thrusting and moaning.
  • A man finds a woman's bra inside of a fire truck.

Violence & Gore

  • A dead man's body is seen with its head embedded into a car's windshield. Blood is shown.
  • A man is electrocuted by an exposed outlet. The scar is shown later.
  • A boy's father dies in a fire at the beginning.

  • We see organs exposed lots of blood and peoples faces getting burned off. An imprisoned arsonist who likes to "burn little girls, old ladies and the world" is featured as a possible tie to the current fires being investigated.

Profanity

  • Some uses of "shit".
  • A few uses of "son-of-a-bitch".
  • Several uses of hell, damn, prick and ass.
  • Use of "fuck" 21 times. In one scene, a whole room of firefighters say the word together.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • One man is seen smoking several times along with much of the rest of the cast.
  • Mostly everyone drinks beer or wine. One man gets drunk.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Despite the firefighting action being fun, it's also intense and frightening.
  • Two brothers argue many times.
  • A frightened mother implies her baby is in a burning building.
  • A frightened woman implied her child is in a burning building. The child is saved.
  • Donald argues with Brian about the fire incident.
  • A man opens a door and gets burned by the fire off-screen as the fire approaches him.
  • A boss tells a young man to take the bin lid off and fire comes out of it.
  • The fact that fire is killing people and burning their faces off is pretty scary.
  • A fireman asks a prisoner if he (the convicted arsonist) still wants to "burn little girls and old ladies and the whole world", in manipulative mockery to the man who committed these years-old crimes at the prisoner's current parole hearing in order to block his parole attempt (they succeed at this).
  • This movie is very intense.
