Channel 5 is raising awareness for the need for more people to join the Organ Donor Register with The Gift of Life, which airs from tomorrow (October 21) at 10pm.
Promoting the programme, a group of people role-playing as hospital patients - dressed in surgical gowns and pushing saline drips - were pictured taking to the streets of London.
The Gift of Life follows the real-life journeys of patients who require life-saving organ transplants.
Filmed at the Institute of Transplantation at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle, each episode focuses on patients as they sit and wait, hoping that the organs they need will become available before it's too late.
