- A goldfish bowl is tipped in Alphonso's room; one of the fish is injured.
- An elderly woman stabs into a dead fish's body and then rubs the blood across her apron.
- A corpse is shown, badly beaten in the head, with a gold Catholic crucifix in the mouth. A forensics expert has to remove the crucifix from the corpse's throat.
- A nun trips and is almost trampled by a panicked crowd.
- A young girl is strangled and then burnt to death. A picture of her charred corpse is seen later
- A woman is repeatedly stabbed in the legs, hands, and feet. Lots of blood flows out as it tears into her flesh
- An obese man is stabbed twice in the chest, he bleeds a lot and crawls on the ground, gasping for air and destroying his apartment in the process.
- A man is stabbed in the shoulder, and blood drips from the wound. Then his head is beaten repeatedly and his teeth are smashed open. After he is thrown through the building and we see his mangled body.
- A man is stabbed in the neck, lots of blood is seen pouring out of the wound (In the arrow blu ray, there is a shot featuring the man spitting blood)
- A kitten is violently picked up, strangled and then thrown to the ground.
- An obese man corners Alice, pins her to the door and begins kissing her and grabbing at her, but she gets away by choking his pet cat
