The Los Angeles Times listed Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine as one of the biggest breakout stars of Sundance 2020, and he was awarded (the coveted) Best Actor at the 2020 Durban International Film Festival for his lead performance in Ekwa Msangi's award-winning film "Farewell Amor." Mwine was also singled out in Variety and The Hollywood Reporter reviews of the film, with the latter stating that "Mwine stuns with his elegant pauses and piercing stares that seem to jump through the screen." Furthermore, the film was named Top Ten Independent Films by the National Board of Review.
Most recently Mwine starred opposite Rachel Weisz in "Dead Ringers," the critically acclaimed limited series on Amazon, based on David Cronenberg's 1988 thriller and also played Detective Raymond Griggs in the David E. Kelley/Ted Humphrey Netflix hit series (from A+E Studios) entitled "The Lincoln Lawyer," based on Michael Connelly's best selling novels. Next up: "Washington Black," where Mwine stars in the Sterling K. Brown produced series on Hulu. Mwine's extensive television credits include his critically acclaimed portrayal of Ronnie, the complex anti-hero in Lena Waithe's Showtime series "The Chi." Variety, The Boston Globe, Roger Ebert and The New York Times all singled out Mwine in their reviews with NY Times stating that "Mr. Mwine is especially remarkable as the precariously balanced Ronnie." Mwine played the lead role in the series finale of HBO's "Room 104" and previously portrayed recurring roles in Steven Soderbergh's Cinemax series "The Knick," David Simon and Eric Overmyer's HBO series "Treme," Eric Overmyer's Amazon series "Bosch," and Tim Kring's NBC series "Heroes."
Mwine also starred in Solomon Onita Jr.'s film "Tazmanian Devil," which premiered at ABFF 2020. Previous film acting credits include Mira Nair's "Queen of Katwe," opposite Lupita Nyong'o and "Blood Diamond" opposite Leonardo DiCaprio from director Ed Zwick. Mwine's work as a feature length and short film director has resulted in multiple awards. His short film "Kuhani," won the main prize for Best Achievement in Directing at the Oscar qualifying International Kurzfilmtage Winterthur, Switzerland and was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize for Best Short Film at Slamdance. Mwine went in post production in late 2023 for his upcoming documentary "Memories of Love Returned" on Ugandan photographer Kibaate Aloysius Ssalongo, which Steven Soderbergh is Executive Producing.- Jionni LaValle was born on 20 March 1987 in East Hanover, New Jersey, USA. Charlie Clouser is a recording artist and composer for film and television who lives in Los Angeles.
The recipient of sixteen BMI Film & TV Music awards, Charlie has also received ten platinum and gold record awards for his work as a member of the band Nine Inch Nails, and as a producer, programmer, and remixer for David Bowie, Rob Zombie, Killing Joke, Helmet, Marilyn Manson, Jamiroquai, White Zombie, and many other artists.
His scores for all nine films in the "SAW" franchise combined brutal electronics and homemade bowed metal instruments with tortured orchestral washes and became landmarks in industrial-strength horror, and his "Hello Zepp" became a trademark of the franchise and a minor icon in the world of memorable horror themes. His scores for "Dead Silence", "Death Sentence", "The Stepfather", "Resident Evil:Extinction", "The Collection" and other films expanded upon these ideas and produced dozens of memorable themes, terrifying ambiences, and tension-filled rhythmic climaxes.
With over two hundred hours of television underscore to his credit, Charlie's scores to the CBS series "Numb3rs" and the NBC series "Las Vegas" spanned a wide range of styles, from ticking-clock hostage dramas and high-energy car chases to comedic casino capers and delicate heartbreak. More recently, his main title theme from the Fox/FX series "American Horror Story" was widely praised and helped to establish the creepy vibe of the very successful series, and his theme and underscore for the Fox series "Wayward Pines" provided another thick dose of unsettling atmospheres and powerful action-adventure themes.
As the keyboardist in the band Nine Inch Nails during most of the nineties, he toured the globe and contributed to their landmark albums "The Downward Spiral" and "The Fragile", as well as numerous singles, remixes, and other projects undertaken by the band during his tenure. During that era, he remixed and collaborated with artists from Atari Teenage Riot to White Zombie, and as an early adopter and long-time user of Moog and other modular synthesizers, he has appeared in documentaries about Dr. Robert Moog's life ("Moog") and about the recent resurgence of synthesizer culture ("I Dream of Wires").
Drawing from his thirty years of experience as a keyboardist, synthesist, and programmer, he brings to the table a huge palette of sounds and an unusual collection of instruments, including many one-of-a-kind electronic devices and hand-made sculptural metal instruments, all of which combine to create a huge range of emotional textures, from outright aggression to disorienting dissonance.- Writer

Writer, director and producer Hal Barwood was born and raised in Hanover, New Hampshire. His father ran a local movie theater. Barwood graduated with honors with a BA in arts from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Hal then attended the University of Southern California's School of Cinema-Television, where he first met both George Lucas and future frequent collaborator Matthew Robbins. Barwood and Robbins wrote the screenplays for Steven Spielberg's debut theatrical feature "The Sugarland Express," the amiable sports comedy "The Bingo Long Traveling All-Stars & Motor Kings," the magical science fiction classic "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" (Hal also has a small role in this film), and the bio epic "MacArthur." Moreover, Barwood both co-wrote and produced two films that Robbins directed: the charming teen coming-of-age winner "Corvette Summer" and the first-rate fantasy cult favorite "Dragonslayer." Barwood made his sole foray as a director of a theatrical feature with the excellent and underrated medical horror chiller "Warning Sign." From 1990 to 2003 Hal worked as director, producer and scriptwriter for the video game company LucasArts; he's perhaps best known for his work on the 1992 game "Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis." He was named one of the top 25 game designers in America in the August, 1999 issue of the magazine "PC Gamer." The video games Barwood has designed include "Star Wars: Yoda Stories," "RTX Red Rock," "Zengemsi," and "Mata Hari." Hal Barwood resides in Portland, Oregon and works as a freelance independent contractor for his company Finite Arts.- Actress
