Todd Fischer has worked as a Motion Pictures and Television Professional working on more than 136 hours of programming for international broadcast. He worked on such successful shows as Beverly Hills, 90210, Doogie Howser, M.D., Family Matters, Saved by the Bell and Married with Children. Employed at Universal Studios in the 90's he would work on the feature films Home Alone 2, Beverly Hills Cop 3, Tombstone, Broken Arrow and many other productions too numerous to mention. Todd has recently completed three seasons of the popular FOX Broadcasting show, The Bourbon Lounge. He has also brought back to the screen the legendary reclusive actress, Christina Lindberg, marking his return to film directing in the grindhouse-style revenge movie, Cry for Revenge.
Fischer has also worked successfully in publishing, digital media, gaming and dance education. As a personal manager he has handled the careers of film and television celebrities, renowned lecturers, fitness experts, sports entertainers, musicians, models and top dancers from around the world.
He is also a well-known photographer. Getting his start in photography in 1986 with a 35mm manual film camera. 15 years later he would be photographing some of the world's top dancers and immediately fell in love with portrait photography. Since 2005, he has photographed over 2,000 Models, Dance Professionals, Musicians, Olympic Gold Medalists, Wrestling Superstars, Playboy Playmates and Celebrities. Published internationally, his photography is so popular he once shot over two million photographs in an 18-month period.
Additionally, Mr. Fischer stands at the forefront of technology within his field. In his career as a photographer he has worked with several camera and digital medium manufacturers to improve his process. Experienced in both 35mm and large format, he has ultimately migrated entirely to the digital format.
With a characteristic variety of mood and tone so evident in his work; Todd's photographs organically combine the sensitivity and vulnerability of his subjects with his ability to bring out their often uninhibited and gregarious personalities. As a catharsis, he is also deeply inspired by his personal works. These include his book projects such as his Photography Coffee Table Book and The Bunny Book. As well as his Centerfolds Revisited Project and the new Video Portrait series. A government contractor since 2003, Mr. Fischer holds a security clearance and through his company, Advanced Concepts Group, has pioneered new advancements in less-than-lethal weaponry. He has multiple pending patents on his theoretical designs. Many of these designs are brought to life in his epic science fiction mini-series story, WarSport: 2041.
He has stood center stage at the Ryman Auditorium and Radio City Music Hall. He has marched to the White House and spoken on the steps of Capitol Hill on behalf of the ALS Association. Fischer worked alongside the University of New Mexico's contract archeology department conducting ground-breaking research at the UFO Crash at Roswell debris field, and on the investigative team conducting research on the Kecksburg, Pennsylvania incident. He is most proud of working with the Manhattan Project's, Chester Lytle, who developed the detonator for the original atomic bomb. Todd worked with Lytle shortly before his death, helping him to collect his memoirs, document his research and recount his stories for publication later. Much of his work is still classified by the U.S. Government to this day.
Mr. Fischer has a great love for entertainers and has such a great respect for their craft and its process. He teaches acting classes each week through his acting group, The Players Club, and keeps an active podcast called, Sleepless in Indiana. Through the years, Todd has gained the trust of some of the most strong-willed celebrities. In his free time, he is restoring an old farmhouse on several acres where he keeps an active ranch and farm. But Mr. Fischer's best work is still to come with the announcement of Mediopolis.
