Michael Arrom

Michael Arrom is a Cuban-American keyboardist and producer whose playing has been described by multi-Grammy winner Steve Vai as "stunning" and "phenomenal". By the age of 18, he had accompanied Keith Urban on live network television and toured the world on Steve Vai's, "Story of Light" tour.
Michael set out from his New Jersey roots to advance his studies at the University of Southern California's distinguished Popular Music Program. While at USC, he studied piano with the incomparable Patrice Rushen ("Forget Me Nots"). Michael graduated in 2017 having earned multiple top honors. Michael was subsequently invited to join USC's faculty, where he teaches the Piano Proficiency course for music majors and maintains a private keyboard teaching studio.
In addition to being a university music educator, Michael is regularly in demand as keyboardist for major label pop artists, such as Sofia Carson and Noah Cyrus. His varied portfolio of professional projects also includes composing, arranging, production, music direction, sound design, live track construction, session work, and score transcription.
