Kate Middleton’s apparent photo editing failure has inspired a new theory — Ok, many theories — about the drama that’s since ensued. One from a royal commentator offers a reason for the additional buzz surrounding the snapshot. They say the image of the Princess of Wales with her three children and the attention it has received may be, in part, attributed to photo agencies and the “hate” they have for royals getting behind the camera.
Edited Kate photo theory: Photo agencies ‘hate the royals taking their own photos’
Jeremy Vine shared his theory about the photo Kensington Palace released to mark Mother’s Day in the U.K., something other commentators predicted the 42-year-old would do, on his Channel 5 show.
“They hate the royals taking their own photos. They hate it,” he said of photo agencies who pulled Kate’s Mother’s Day photo from their platforms amid signs...

You know that scene in the The Simpsons where Homer’s horrible boss pins up that sign: Don’t forget, you’re here forever.
Ross Pomerantz has a sign like that. It says, Sales Are Dope Never Ever Stop Selling.
Pomerantz didn’t originally set out to be a salesman, but when he ended up in tech sales, he realized something. Salespeople have it rough.
“Everybody in sales, it started to resonate. People were like, it doesn’t matter, the culture, the industry, I’ve spoken to teams in South America, Europe, Africa, everybody complains about the same thing,” he says. “Their quota is too high. Their product sucks. They’re not making enough money, and their marketing team is trash. It doesn’t matter what language they speak,...

Brisbane, Aug 12 (Ians) Courtney Vine scored the decisive penalty as hosts Australia made history in the FIFA Women’s World Cup on Saturday by storming into their maiden semifinals, prevailing over France via penalties in a quarterfinal clash here.
After holding the European giants goalless in regulation time, the Matildas came out victorious 7-6 in the penalty shoot-out.
Vine converted the decisive penalty in a heart-stopping shootout and clinched a tense and hard-earned victory, thus making the Matildas the first Aussie team, male or female to reach the semifinals of a FIFA World Cup.
Though they were second-best for the bulk of the match, France began brightly and should have moved in front inside 13 minutes, but Maelle Lakrar failed from inside the six-yard box, scooping the ball over from the closest of ranges.
Les Bleues had a miraculous escape late in the first half when Australia’s Mary Fowler fired...

Drew Barrymore is definitely rapper Bryce Vine’s jam. His hit song “Drew Barrymore” dominated the charts in 2019 and he recently described Barrymore as his ideal dream girl.
Vine told Showbiz Cheat Sheet that he wanted to capture Barrymore’s essence in the song. “But it’s also like just representing her. That iconic beauty, personality, coolness, hipness, all in one package. It’s kind of what that song was representing,” he said.
Drew Barrymore was Bryce Vine’s crush
Vine recalled how Barrymore was his childhood crush. “The movie The Wedding Singer, that particular Drew Barrymore was my crush, like 1997,” he said. In The Wedding Singer, Barrymore played Julia Sullivan a young waitress who was dating Glenn, a lunky bond broker. Julia’s sweetness and playfulness steals recently dumped wedding singer, Robbie Hart’s (Adam Sandler) heart. Robbie and Julia form a friendship that could be true love.

Race Across the World returned to screens last night (22 March), with fans taking to social media to praise the series despite one major change.
The adventure-themed reality show, which has moved from BBC Two to BBC One for its current third series, sees five teams attempt to travel as far as they can without smartphones, internet access or credit cards, and armed only with the cash equivalent of the airfare to fly the route.
While the teams usually travel across several countries, this time, they are racing 16,000km through the second largest country on the planet – Canada. This is because the series was filmed last year, when the world was still opening up after the pandemic.
The five pairs must race across the breadth of Canada, passing through seven checkpoints, taking them from the Pacific coastline, to the edges of the Arctic and the shores of the Great Lakes, to...
