Jerico is an actor/playwright originally from Tennessee. He obtained his BA from Columbia College Chicago. There, he was able to work with acclaimed theatres as Shattered Globe, Pride Films & Plays, Steep, and MPAACT. Jerico was a part of Shattered Globe's Protege program where he helped devise the medical comedy Jell-O & Other remedies. In addition to acting Jerico is also an accomplished playwright. His written work has been seen at MPAACT, Prop Theatre, and New York's Naked Angels. His one man show Biscuits was featured in MPAACT's Solo Jamz Festival. Biscuits is a documentary style comedy that explores the hilarious lives of a southern family. Later, Jerico starred and co-wrote the short film Kin-Dread. A comedic short about a dysfunctional family of serial killers. Kin-Dread was screened at Chicago's historic Music Box Theater a part of the 48 hours film festival. Jerico has been featured in Evil Lives Here and In Pursuit With John Walsh on the Investigation Discovery Channel. His short film Hissy Fits has been featured at the Kaleidoscope LGBTQ+ Film Festival, Merced Queer Film Festival, and Queer 2 Queer Fest. Hissy Fits was awarded Best LGBTQ Short at the San Francisco Arthouse Short Festival, and an Honorable Mention at the Global Shorts Film Festival.
